I stayed with my family - wife, infant and parents for 5 days in Park Royal and found it really comfortable. Its located close to Indian restaurants which is a big Plus. The room had all the facilities which we needed and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Only funny thing we noticed was that whenever we would come back to the room after our city visits, we used to find a heavy smell of something like cigarette smoke which would diminish after sometime. But that apart, the hotel is perfect. |

clean, convinient area (near mrt), my room was facing the swimming pool. a bit noizy (nearby musthapa centre), the front desk won't upgrade my room to single king size bed. toileteries not complete (no tooth brush facilties) |

What I liked most was the friendly and obliging staff and especially the welcome staff at the entrance. Please keep welcome drink and free water bottles in the room regardless of online or personal booking. This is a must. also some bites free of charge. |

My room comes with nice city view. Friendly check-in staff. This is the second time I stayed with this hotel. My first stay was pleasant but not this time. The room could have been better cleaned. I found some residue on the teaspoon and the bedsheet was stained. One of the bathrobes smell badly (body odour). I am very disappointed. |

We got a good rate from Booking.com. The concierge desk was helpful. On check in, we were offered a smoking room with a double bed or a non smoking room with two singles. We tried the smoking room but it really stank of stale smoke so we had to sleep in two single beds for our romantic weekend. We ordered ice from room service but it was never delivered. We also found that the in-room safe had been left locked by a previous occupant; clearly the hotel had not checked this. Worst of all we found used condoms and tissues under the beds. When we complained, there was no apology, not even concern. Very poor attitude. |

The staff were good and the hotel was in a good situation . It was clean and tidy. They had no notification that we were coming . The beds were too hard and the club facitity was only just a bit different and poor compared to others we have stayed in. |

Location and halal restaurants are my priority. I grabbed a good offer in the net and furthermore there are many halal food and the mosque is near. A smooth ride to the airport too. I liked the location and your facilities too. Your staff Noor Faeza was kind enough to give us options and we did not mind to wait for the room to be ready. I have a room booked on my next trip already. Looking forward to see Faeza. Just because it was a night stay, we did not get the newspapers - we got to ask for it. Anyway, we did not mind, we managed to get it at the conceige. |

Room size, decor, swimming pool and location close to shopping, eateries and financial district were excellent English language skills of most staff was sub-standard making ordering food and other services a very big challenge. Food was the worst I have had especially considering that Singapore has some of the best cuisine in the world. For a no nonsense stay close to amenities at a reasonable price this hotel is fine. If you want to be pampered and want a high quality of customer service, go somewhere else. |
