cleaning boy was very polite, they also have Chinese newspapers for my family, clean and quiet room, room 1922 sofa chair doesn't have the support of waist, if lay on there longer than 20min, people will feel not good. there should be at least one staff who can speak Chinese at the lobby all the time, |

They upgraded our room when we check-in and the room is clean and comfort. The price is reasonable. And it's convenience as the hotel is near by the mrt station. |

Very poor service just customer staying because of location have hidden charges like tooth brush and water even my room lock i call down says key not working they told me come down i told them no shoes in my feet but they refuse i request in other room my friend please go down. |

I stayed with my family - wife, infant and parents for 5 days in Park Royal and found it really comfortable. Its located close to Indian restaurants which is a big Plus. The room had all the facilities which we needed and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Only funny thing we noticed was that whenever we would come back to the room after our city visits, we used to find a heavy smell of something like cigarette smoke which would diminish after sometime. But that apart, the hotel is perfect. |

clean, convinient area (near mrt), my room was facing the swimming pool. a bit noizy (nearby musthapa centre), the front desk won't upgrade my room to single king size bed. toileteries not complete (no tooth brush facilties) |

What I liked most was the friendly and obliging staff and especially the welcome staff at the entrance. Please keep welcome drink and free water bottles in the room regardless of online or personal booking. This is a must. also some bites free of charge. |

Comfortable hotel at the edge of the interesting Little India district. Slightly dated building, but modernised on the inside. Conveniently located just 100m from an MRT station. |

My room comes with nice city view. Friendly check-in staff. This is the second time I stayed with this hotel. My first stay was pleasant but not this time. The room could have been better cleaned. I found some residue on the teaspoon and the bedsheet was stained. One of the bathrobes smell badly (body odour). I am very disappointed. |
