Fragrance Hotel-Pearl  

In a great area for 24 hour food. Place to leave luggage if you have a late flight to catch. Room facilities okay. Staff friendly enough.

The room was quite small and the bathroom door closed automatically so that everything got steamed up when taking a shower. Kettle in room but only 3 in 1 coffee provided with sugar and milk already mixed in, so if you like anything else bring your own tea etc. It was too far away from the MRT for my liking.

the reason why i choosed Fragrance Hotel is verry accesible for city tour, the price of the hotel is not so expensive, the hotel is very near to the food court , also the hotel is nearby the shopping arcade and most of all we are comfort and convenient staying at the hotel.The staff are all good and willing to serve .

Theres no other thing to complain about the hotel. Infact I was contented staying at the hotel.

The room is quite clean. The staff is quite friendly.

It is quite noisy, almost can hear every word when people talking in the corridor, can hear running water noise.

Its so good for indeed its so economical and practically for just a couple of days who will stay. Ideal for people that tend to go only for tour in a budget one if you are and you must be on this hotel

My stay in the hotel was so good though I am a bit lost when I got to the City area cause on the numbering style on which it is so confusing. I mean on the Area cause its not that sequencely numbered. What I can say on the hotel is good enough which I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights if not mistaken. Its just that of the cable tv in which I am looking for hbo or cnn or fox News seems not available. Hope there will be. Regarding on the internet connections seems that its a one time log in so even if I am not using it and I have to log out still its deductible on the number of hours from the start to finish. So, I suggest that in every log out on such wifi connections its not subtracted and the timer must stop. Hoping there is an Airport Transfer Available for we as client be satisfied and be much able to recommend cause its a bit of costly if in case we have to be on our own like taxi cab. Generally, must be free of charge only those going home and if not free of charge at least may provide for it would be convenient to us. Regarding on the complimentary, hope there is a breakfast then serve to the guest . The rest of the day will be on the guest discretion. Must provide a bath soap as well and a shampoo if thats possible.

Very near to mrt and Bus Station. Lots of food places.

Family room was quite big, but double / twin rooms are very small. Smaller than other Fragrance chain of hotels. So if anyone thinks of booking a budget family room, go for Pearl. For double / twin rooms, choose other hotels coz there is no space to move around !!

The hotel rate is reasonable and they clean our rooms everyday.

The room is a bit small but it was alright since we are out of the hotel most of the time. The hotel is a distant away from the strategic places to see in Singapore. The room rate does not include breakfast. No available comfort room at the lobby to use specially when you have already checked out.

The area it was and very noise at night did not feel safe at the hotel

It was clean, affordable and close proximity to all shops and tourist locations in Singapore. Great value hotel and very comfortable.

Would recommend a mini fridge be available in rooms to keep drinks cold etc

I alomst slip up during bathing due to slippery , suggest hotel to do something on the bath room flooring in order to avoid any possible accident in bathroom Hotel is charging even for borrowing iron and wifi, it will be good if this 2 basic things provide for free as what hotel 81 is providing

The toilet is not properly cleaned.

Hotel maintenance is good. All given facilities working fine

They could have give WiFi service free also some group hotel arrangement if guest wants to extend their hotel stay if Pearl's rooms full.

It was easy to find & travel about, close proximity to Bus & Mrt.& food places Clean & comfortable. The room could have been a little bigger if 2 or 3 people occupied it.
