The two rooms we occupied were clean. The Hotel's location is excellent - very close to Raffles City and the MRT - which transports you to Orchard Road in no time. We have stayed here on 3 occassions and will certainly consider staying there again |

Great location in the centre of town. Useful for midday shower breaks! Good breakfast selection. Had a couple of long reception waits. Slow lifts. |

The location is very good as it is close to the CBD. All necessary amenities were there at the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay within budget. |

Curteous Check in and Check out, room size is Good Were given room 1838 ( non Smoking), the water in the bathroom are all HOT, takes them 2 hours not resolved, have to insist to move to other room, given 1606 ( smoking). |

Great room with a beautiful view (Room1715) and the Location was excellent. (I was happily surprised to find such a beautiful room because the internet reviews I read were not that positive, especially about the bathrooms) Nothing really important but the Electronic Keys for lifts and rooms that I used failed many times. |

nice room, exellent location, good lobby, easy but plenty breakfast, not bad swiming pool, good standart overall. Funan - electronic space shop around the corner, variety of food outlets. chek-in was a bit "suprising" because one of the records of booking was had not been found. Child working along at night time did not get any attention of the stuff !? |

The room alloted to me was spacious and comfortable. You need to get a much better TV channel like Star TV,with english movies eg; Star Movies, HBO etc also more hindi and tamil movies.Also you need to fit a health faucet in the toilet, as I found lots of Indians stay in your hotel.It would be helpful to have a plug point at the bedside, to charge mobile phones. |

Just went back to the hotel to spend the night. Attended a wedding at the Fulerton Hotel and it's close to St Andrew. People at the reception not too friendly or helpful. I need to find out is the hotel bill charge twice for the first day. As debit were taken from my husband account that is used to book the hotel. We will deal with this dispute when we get our credit card statement. |
