Świetna lokalizacja. Hotel nie najnowszy ale modernizowany. Pokojom nic nie można zarzucić a widok z wyższych pieter wspaniały. Windy kiepsko się spisywaly ale są wymieniane co pewnie porawi sytuacje. Obsługa recepcji nieco zblazowana. |

Friendly staff. Good location. Near to St Andrews Cathedral and Raffles Hotel and metro. Both swimming pools were good. Nice little quiet area to relax and look down on busy streets below. Good reception area to relax. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good selection of food. The girl in breakfast buffet was quite rude and did not speak to welcome guests. I felt that her attitude let the hotel down. Did just find it a little confusing having two tours. All in all a good hotel in an excellent location. |

convenience of location I booked into premier room and complementary drink between 6-8pm was provided in the premier loung, a good idea. But I didn't go there that often as I had prior engagement. The last day while waiting for my flight I was charged for a drink which I felt was not necessary as I didn't use this service that often. This made me feel not too happy of the hotels hospitality. |

It was very near the Singapore marathon event. Nice pool! Very very slow elevator on the excelsior tower. I hope they fix this soon |

Allowed us into room early and checkout late, which was very helpful to us. Adequate breakfast, nice room, nice bathroom, good facilities. Good location. Would stay again. |

proximity to city sights and location.Good view from the room. Restoration work still going on in the day time.The number of lifts for such a place is less in number and small. One of the so called working lifts do not even stop in our floor. We checked it enough times and reported to the front desk but to no use. |

The location, next to Singapore City Hall, is excellent. It is a short walk to the Singapore River area, with all the restarants and bars on Boat Quay, perfect for an evening out. The Esplanade area and the Raffles Hotel are also very close. The MRT metro station is a few minutes walk, with good connections across all Singapore, including the airport. There are several shopping malls nearby, again just a short walk to Raffles City; CityLink which connects to Suntec mall; the Funan IT Mall is next door; and a 24 hour 7-Eleven is opposite the entrance. The pools and gym are lovely, just what you need after tramping around in Singapore's hot and humid weather. We were allocated a room which had a bad smell, not sure if it was from the bathroom or just lingering in there. It was quickly sorted by moving us to a different room without this problem. |

Location is great near MRT, CQ, and Chimes. Staff helpfulness, or rather lack of same. - Free internet is so slow, that is non-exsisting. Staff did not respect "dont disturb" |

The location of the hotel is excellent , convinient to the mrt bus and train station . food court located just opposite the hotel at the peninsular plaza although we checked in at 4pm we had to wait for almost an hour at the lobby before we could check in . |

We stayed at the Premier Club on the topfloor which we found very nice. The Sky Lounge is exellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a cosy atmosphere and we had almost no feeling of staying at a big hotel. The location next to City Hall MRT is convenient. None of the two pool areas were impressing. |

Excellent location and good rooms and some fantastic staff I stayed twice. First time everything was fine. Second time check in was poor - no "welcome back sir" and room offered was not as ordered. Breakfast at $30 is very over-priced and went across road to excellent value and service at alternative hotel. Lobby is impersonal and swimming pools are not well presented. |
