服务差。入住时从信用卡上多收200新币。投诉后说两个星期后可以返还，现在还不知道是否可以找回来这笔费- 用。另外房间的电视遥控器不好用，天天找服务人员直到最后一个晚上才修好。临走时去机场跟服务人员说好帮忙- 叫可以刷卡的计程车，但是找到的还是不能刷卡，无奈到机场又换新币，造成很多不便。 |

the room is newly renovated, l like the bathroom with the big glass, then is transparent from the bedroom. The hotel stuff is very polite. the room is good in noise proof. the location is super convenient. Clarky, city hall, bugis ... are all within few minutes' walking... the hotel is a little big old outside but absolutely new inside, it definitely rates up to 4 star level, i would love to stay here again, it is really good choice for money. check in takes a lot time to queue, should have more counters to host the guests. it is very humid inside the room, we need to keep the aircon on forever to lessen the feeling of wet floor. |

For a four star hotel, it is mediocre Safe not work, ask them to fix but not done. Breakfast not good. Use the money on upgrade, Plenty of choice for breakfast in the surrounding area. Good location though. |

The reception desk understood what we want and can also help us in enquiries like internet access, etc. The towel is not enough for bathroom floor when slippery. |

nice stuff, good location,clean room room key sometime is not workable, same as the lift(they request use keycard when upper the Lobby floor). Breakfast place is too small, when busy time full of the people. food is ok. |

酒店的唯一优点是位置好，四周都是我想去的景点。 我住Excelsior楼的房间是两张单人床；房间的内装修不到位，有些陈旧的地方没有处理；自助早餐不好- 且品种少；Excelsior的一楼大堂太旧，三部电梯只有一部正常运行。 |

1对于四星级酒店，我们享受到了4星级的服务水平。2地方很适合去购物，周围都是旅游景点，走路就能到。3- 晚上白天的景色很漂亮，这个酒店适合看到新加坡国庆节放的烟火和烟火节，还有看F1赛事。4我所订的这个酒- 店配套是在顶楼，而且有免费网络和洗衣服务。 1房间电视机虽然是HD高清晰，但不是高清晰节目。2客房服务多少都会遗漏掉忘记收拾，比如浴袍用过后第二- 天也要帮旅客换个新的。 |

Friendly staff. Good location. Near to St Andrews Cathedral and Raffles Hotel and metro. Both swimming pools were good. Nice little quiet area to relax and look down on busy streets below. Good reception area to relax. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good selection of food. The girl in breakfast buffet was quite rude and did not speak to welcome guests. I felt that her attitude let the hotel down. Did just find it a little confusing having two tours. All in all a good hotel in an excellent location. |

convenience of location I booked into premier room and complementary drink between 6-8pm was provided in the premier loung, a good idea. But I didn't go there that often as I had prior engagement. The last day while waiting for my flight I was charged for a drink which I felt was not necessary as I didn't use this service that often. This made me feel not too happy of the hotels hospitality. |
