Smelly room, room too small and not value for money.
Small rooms, but then again, it's singapore
Centrally located, rooms are clean and practical, but very small. For one or two nights it is ok though.
In my opinion the price per night is too high for such small rooms. It may be due to the general price level of singapur but the price/performance ratio is still below average.
Location Wifi You get what you pay for
Staff could be a little more friendly, but you get what you pay for
I love their Wifi strength and it's very near to town such as Clark Quay, Boat Quay, for those who loves to party.
The room was very small and cramped for a Superior Room compared to some other hotels with same prices with or w/o discounts. No spaces to do anything such as walking. We gotta stay on bed most of the time. But the toilet glass was nice. Can see through. :)
Location, clean (without bad smell), rain shower.
Only a few TV channels, room extremely small, toilet exhaust fan is quite noisy but no way to be turned off.
Great location and great staff.
Rooms too small. We had double room but could only open suitcase on the bed. Two People couldn't move around the room at the same time.
Near MRT and Easy to find things to eat
Not enough light along the walk way in hotel (while walking to room) Air con make alot of noise
Very helpful staff, Clean and tidy room Very good
Space is too small
Good location. wifi is very fast
One of my worst experience from hotels via Booking…The room is small and dark with no windows. The whole room has a strange smell all the time. Towers are not clean. I had nightmares every night when I sleep.
Location of the hotel is definitely it's greatest selling point, just 2 min walks from the MRT station and you can go anywhere in the shortest time. Decoration of the hotel is nice and the wifi connection is strong.
Room is really too small and quite noisy at night especially our neighbor keep talking and their children keep yelling at night...
great location, mrt very near
Hotel rooms should be ready by the stated check in timing rather than allowing guest to wait 30mins before they can go into their room
Location (MRT & restaurants very near) Comfortable bed Quietude Friendly, helpful staff
location hotel ..
1st time staying hotel small ...
Noise from the street, especially in the evening.
Very small room Poor ventilation Dirty room walls Bad acoustic insulation between rooms
The location is great. It's in the heart of China town and near MRT station.
The rooms is small and there is not much natural light.
The location is convenient, with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room is rather small, but is comfortable which is the one of the important factors of a vacation. Kind and helpful staff.
Design Location Good quality/price ratio
The smallest room has no wardrobe neither a place for the baggage that were put under the bed. If you are not young, it will be quiet impossible to manage. Lack of windows too
Love the room deco and cleanliness. Wardrobe space amazing too.
However during day time room is too bright. No curtains for if you want to sleep in. No room service.
I would give a plus for the location
booked a deluxe room, the room is just too small. So much smaller than the 3 star hotel that I stayed at Namba Osaka, Japan which only cost us USD 70 ++ (inclusive of tax)
