Room service food was very good. Although the hotel was busy with numerous tour groups, it was very quiet.

Upon check-in the rate was higher than the booked rate and needed to be adjusted.

My room was clean, quiet and cool. Very good to rest in. It has strong wifi signal. Toiletries were complete, towels adequate, though no bidet, but, not a problem. Was not able to try their breakfast because had to leave early to catch my flight home. Over all great stay.

The price. You get what you pay for.

Very noisy I was on the 10th floor and doors banged all night with people coming and going. The voices clearly heard in the room. Plumbing was also very noisy. Water filling into the cistern was unbearable. I was glad to be out of there.

The staff were very attentive and helpful eg : see what I didn't like and how helpful they were: However management advised if I stay again let them know in advance and they will allocate lower level rooms.

I was on the 13th floor and I realised too late that the excessive noise was due to air conditioning compressors on the roof. However management advised if I stay again let them know in advance and they will allocate lower level rooms.

Clean lines room (no blanket available and never change the bed covers when I stayed for 4 nights in the connecting rooms at the hotel), taste of food poor, the connecting door poor design (in the middle of the room), rooms too small.

Location - 15 minute walk to the National Skin Centre. Friendliness and good humour of all staff. Prompt reply to my emails. Excellent value for money. Patience of staff when dealing with difficult customers. Well done, Quality Hotel. Keep up the good work.

Misleading reviews about this hotel by some previous guests.

1) Toilet had a dead cockroach, but another new room was changed for us after feedback 2) Friendly staff environment 3) Location near to town

Reasonably priced as far as Singapore prices go.

Slow internet connection.

The room was clean and tidy. Check in Staff helpful and polite. The room price with breakfast included.

The breakfast food was not the best selection or quality. The central aircon was cold and no way to control the room temperature only by turning it on and off.

Foc parking at town area cleanliness

Poor staff service at registration counter. Never greet customer. Never brief abt benefits of the hotel like foc parking. Called n asked didnt state clearly how the process of foc parking claim yet non refundable.

Requested the depot even if I booked through booking.com. And deducted first night charge from credit card as pre-authorization and also deducted the full amount on check-out.

The location near hospital

The receptionist in hotel loby so rude no smile, no thank you , rude. Give us wrong room number and no applogise , after she told us to go 10floor, and the room was at 12 floor! No aplogise nonothing from her. The room is comfortable but aircon to cold, cant adjust is otomatic! The Toilet is ok but when you fluch the WC it was so loud noisy soound coming out it can woke you up , the room no was 1203.
