The ambience, the quality of food and service. Teh rooms and facilities were clean, always stocked and without fault (except the hairdryer cord needs to be longer!) |

Everything was included in the price except the flight! Excellent customer service. Payed attention to small details which made my business stay very enjoyable and efficient. no business facility such as fax or print but you can request printing from the reception |

Very modern hotel, well situated in rather quiet area just 5 mins walk from Orchard road with all the shops, restaurants. Wonderful open air swimming pool and gym on 12th floow - one can get fit and relaxed there, taking sunbath and watching the city. Rooms are pretty small but with everything you need. 3 meals a day and drinks in the evening included. Free Wifi and minibar. So perfcet hotel for short business trip - you have everything you need in one place. |

This was a stopover journey. I arrived late evening after a long flight having been met at the airport by the hotel's excellent Chauffeur service. Registration and explanation of the hotel facilities were was whisked through by the most attentive Receptionist. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable and more importantly safe for a solo female traveller. To top it all it was in a perfect location - less than 5 minutes' walk to Orchard Road. I would highly recommend it. No room service. |

Very friendly and super efficient staff. Very clean room, in excellent condition and they use very good materials for the bedsheets etc. Best hotel par none. |

Free minibar, free internet, free dry cleaning, free meals. Minimar temp is too warm, TV sound in the bathroom cannot be regulated. Because arrived I after the "happyhour 18-20" the drinks where not free anymore during the complimentary diner. Full board meals should be a little more substantial. |

it feels like home where the food area feels like we are going into our own kitchen for breakfast prefer if there are 2 curtains instead of just 1 because the current curtains are too thin so the glare of the sunlight comes in when I want to continue my sleep in the morning |

Provision of meals and "happy hour" in the all in price I felt that on the 2 days I was there for dinner and lunch, the attentiveness by restaurant staff was inferior at dinner when compared to lunch. |

Super new, super clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to and the room was a pretty reasonable size for Asia. The bed was awful - essentially two single beds bolted together to make a King size but the matresses came apart all the time. Not so good when trying to cuddle my beautiful wife. |
