The environment. It's very private and secluded. The food is nice. The room service. Sometimes after 3-4x of calling them, you still don't get what you have requested. Their line can be engaged or nobody picks up the phone. |

The room and facilities were adequate for the price and location of the hotel. The location was good for the purpose of the visit, which was a 2 night stopover in Singapore en route from UK to Australia. Cleanliness was excellent. It was a little old-fashioned in style. The food in the restaurant was below the standard I would expect from this class of hotel - both in terms of choice and quality. Bar facilities were very limited - one tiny cocktail bar with limited selection of drinks. |

The hotel is new and functional. The view is nice and the staff is friend... most of it anyway. There was just one receptionist who was not very professional but the others made it up for it. |

Newish hotel, staff very pleasant, room clean. Restaurant in reception was handy and its about 400 yards (downhill) to a train link into central Singapore. 15 minute journey costing roughly $2. Only an $8 journey by taxi.. Taxi drivers never knew where the hotel was so take a hotel card and address with you. Singapore's too hot and humid for a hotel not to have a garden or pool and this has neither. |

The check-in procedure was a shambles. Despite booking a double they tried to palm us off with a twin until I complained and we were then moved rooms. Even that took over an hour! |

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Modern room, colourful decoration. Location far from subway. There was a shuttle service at the hotel, leaving people at a few fixed points in the city, but I think it would be more practical, given the good working public transportation, to run the shuttle to and from the nearest subway station with more frequency. |

I would say the design We have experienced poor services from the front counter and bell boy, definitely not friendly at all. Room is noisy where u can hear neighbor talking. Other than that, this hotel doesn't provide any extra bed. Room is very very narrow. Surprisingly, the hotel name is not registered under most of the taxi company system. Call hotel for help? they will not help you. 4 star??? definitely not 4 star service and quality. I rate this hotel 3 star only |

The hotel was clean and efficient - everything I would expect a boutique hotel to be. The location is a little isolated from some major attractions but this is not an issue if you don't mind a 15 minute walk and there is a convienient MRT station nearby too. |

Hotel Re is in a great location, close to chinatown and the MRT. The rooms are modern, colourful and new. Bed very comfortable and lovely bathroom. Lovely view of the park from the window. Staff helpful. |

The room we stayed in was very small compared to other hotels in this price range. Also the shuttle bus service needs to be more available during shopping hours at the various shopping precinths. |
