Is Great becos i stayed in the "james bond" golden suite..... i guess that is one of the most luxury & expensive room, i esp like the water bed & spa bath. At first i requested for a deluxe room (which was $140/- per night), but there is no more queen size bed & only 2 separated single bed :( me & my bf was kinda of disappointed with the arrangement. We have no choice but to upgrade to the jame bond suite. Actually $400++ per night was slightly expensive to pay for a weekend break. |

I especially liked the spaciousness of the room, the L'Occitane toiletries and free Wifi access. In addition, the room was always spotlessly clean. I felt that it would have been helpful to have some technical guidelines on how to operate the TV. |

The staff was very responsive. We arrived a little early and were allowed a early check-in. Problems with the refrigerator were quickly attended to. The toilet/ rooms are a little small. |

Staff could not have been more helpful but without being intrusive, particularly James and Nora on Reception.Very comfy beds and lovely L'Occitane toiletries. Great water pressure and the air con was completely adjustable which was lovely. Shuttle bus was very convenient and hotel only 5-10 min walk from China town. Quiet without being too far out of the tourist spots. Rooms are very small compared to other hotels with the same star rating. |

The room was very clean and they uses loccitane products for toiletries.rooms have nice designs and colours.lights and air con were in excellent working condition.hotel is located at the hilltop where it was previously a primary school,so its quiet despite it being near to the main road.its good location makes it easy to access areas like orchard and chinatown. only one power point in the room. |

We liked the hotel's location because it is close to an MRT station (Outram) but it was not noisy at all. We were able to sleep soundly at night. We also liked their L'Occitane toiletries, very comfortable bed and pillows, free wi-fi, cleanliness, hospitability (free use of umbrellas which came in handy because it rained on our first day). The restaurant does not operate for 24 hours. The toiletries and the bath robes are not replaced every day. |

It was extremely warm in Singapore. It was comforting to know that I would return to a room with good air-conditioning. The staff was very friendly. I enjoy walking so it wasn't a problem for me, but some people might not like the walk up a hill from the metro station. |

Provided free room upgrade, provide free shuttle to Orchard Rd, close to Chinatown for eating/shops, free wifi internet. Very helpful in assisting over bags lost by airline which were subsequently recovered. |

Very pleasant. Rooms won't be to everyone's taste (funky, retro chic), but comfortable, clean, central with an e n o r m o u s plasma tv. Friendly staff too. |
