The location is quite good. It is near of the metro station and it is easy to get around. Besides internet connection was good and quick. 1. The room size is very very small, really tight even for 1 person. No space for bags at all. 2. no sound insulation at all. We have heard every step in the corridor and behind the wall. 3. no light near the beds, only main lights.4. Beds are narrow.

Nice and spacious room. I was lucky that they gave me a free upgrade. Location isolated. Too rowdy in the night at the entrance. Happen to have a function in the hotel and there is a fight and argument at the lobby clearly heard. No security there and service staff to react slowly. Security should be tighten.

There hotel is isolated which is good and bad. Bad because there are no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity, but good because it is in a quiet area. But it is only a 10 minute walk to the subway station, and taxis are cheap, so it is not a big problem. Room was a bit small but bed was very comfortable.

Modern room and decor. Free parking. Bathroom is a little tiny but it's no big deal if you are not oversized.

Room was very clean. Hotel was very close to Chinatown and Outram Park. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a charge for servicing room daily. I would expect this to be included in the room rate.

Room is okay, always clean and the staff are all nice and always ready to assist guests. The Outram station is about ten to fifteen minutes walk, a shuttle going in and out of the hotel is available but on a schedule basis which can be a hassle especially when you are going back at the hotel at night, it would be nice if they can extend the shuttle service at night time.

Located between Outram and Chinatown mrt which very accessible. Walking distance to shopping mall, eateries and pubs. The design of the room is very cosy and comfy. The room size is a bit too small.

Interesting "concept" of hotel design leads to a friendly atmosphere. Rooms are rather small, but have good facilities and are clean. Location is ok. Close to Chinatown, at the edge of a park, two subway stops close by (about 5 - 10 min. Walk). It is a nice hotel and definitely feels different from other hotels due to the quirky design, but wouldn't say it's great value for money at 180 Singapore dollars for a double room with no breakfast (although we stayed during the Holiday period, so that could have driven prices up a bit).

Very friendly staff and not a bad location. The hotel is decorated in a funky way which attracted me to it. However the rooms were small and a bit pricey for what you got. Until you find your feet it is a bit hard to find where you are within the city. There are lots of signs to the hotel up to half a mile away so I guess this has been mentioned before. Things like use of the internet PCs were an additional cost rather than included.

I enjoyed all the colorful decorations around the place, it gives me a really chirpy and hip feeling throughout the stay. The hotel staffs were awesome, my delightful experience started from the check-in counter and even the restaurant. The candlelight dinner served was mediocre, but the ambience and the staff's hospitality made the meal very memorable for my partner and I. The room was not very big, but it was really cosy. It is recommended for couples who enjoy a good time together, but does not mind the nitty gritty issues like size, taste of food, etc.

Quite and central location with a wonderful park just opposite the hotel. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms where very clean and very comfortable beds. Free wifi is always a plus. Breakfast reasonable priced and good quality food. My queen bed room had no window and was not advertised at such. I believe this is an important information which should be highlighted on the booking.com as not everyonce cup of tea to have no windows in the room. Personally had a very quite and relexed night sleep with no noise at all ( as no windows ) but was but irritating feeling not having a window at all. Been offered a late check out fee on an hourly basis which I thought is very interesting and practical solution for travelers with late afternoon flights. A $10 per hours after 1pm is fair and practical. Something other hotels may consider. If I would go back to this hotel ? Yes, for the same reason of being in transit for one night with a central reasonable priced clean hotel. No, if I would spend holiday there ... Or at least get a room with windows The queen bed room requested / offered had no windows

- Modern design room. - Free mini bar replenished every day. - Free shuttle bus to Outram Park MRT. - Comfy bed. - Not near mrt. Have to use the shuttle bus facility everyday to go to the nearest mrt (Outram Park mrt). Location on a hill. - Request for Superior Double, but get a Superior Twin. The front desk said they cannot guarantee for double bed room in Superior and Deluxe type. It is depend on availability. It is really disappointing considering we' re in honeymoon purpose. But then get a Deluxe Triple Room for complimentary. - No swimming pool. Fitness room only has 2 device.

“The location of the hotel is in an excellent location, with easy walking distance of City Hall MRT also both Boat Quay & Clarke Quay are only a 5-10min stroll from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and very helpfull. We always choose the Club Double room with access to the Sky Lounge which has a great view of the Marina & skyline. The rooms are well laid out & always clean.” Jon, Batam |
