Hotel Re! @ Pearl's Hill  

O que mais gostei neste Hotel foi a atencao, amabilidade e profissionalismo dos seus funcionarios, com especial atencao aos recepcionistas. Alem disso, o Hotel oferece um ambiente muito confortavel e tranquilo. Considero que apesar da localizacao nao ser a mais favoravel o Hotel supera-se por todas as outras qualidades que o caracterizam.

Room was very clean. Hotel was very close to Chinatown and Outram Park. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There was a charge for servicing room daily. I would expect this to be included in the room rate.

Nice and spacious room. I was lucky that they gave me a free upgrade.

Location isolated. Too rowdy in the night at the entrance. Happen to have a function in the hotel and there is a fight and argument at the lobby clearly heard. No security there and service staff to react slowly. Security should be tighten.

Badly Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Exhaust fan noise in bathroom was distracting. Shower water pressure was not great and maybe the shower head needed changing. Some staff had poor English skills considering English is the Prime language in Singapore. Internet a bit pricey at $5 /half hour ($2 per hour in city). The shuttle bus could also probably do more journeys in the mornings to destinations apart from Outram Road Station ,

The double room was very small we could not empty all our clothes out of case then we had to store both cases under the table or we would have tripped over them

Love the comfy bed, room designs that makes you really comfy, friendly staf, awesome huge flatscreen TV.

A disposable shaver will be great for male traveller. Breakfast didn't start on time.

Interesting "concept" of hotel design leads to a friendly atmosphere. Rooms are rather small, but have good facilities and are clean. Location is ok. Close to Chinatown, at the edge of a park, two subway stops close by (about 5 - 10 min. Walk). It is a nice hotel and definitely feels different from other hotels due to the quirky design, but wouldn't say it's great value for money at 180 Singapore dollars for a double room with no breakfast (although we stayed during the Holiday period, so that could have driven prices up a bit).

Very friendly staff and not a bad location. The hotel is decorated in a funky way which attracted me to it. However the rooms were small and a bit pricey for what you got.

Until you find your feet it is a bit hard to find where you are within the city. There are lots of signs to the hotel up to half a mile away so I guess this has been mentioned before. Things like use of the internet PCs were an additional cost rather than included.

Quite and central location with a wonderful park just opposite the hotel. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms where very clean and very comfortable beds. Free wifi is always a plus. Breakfast reasonable priced and good quality food. My queen bed room had no window and was not advertised at such. I believe this is an important information which should be highlighted on the booking.com as not everyonce cup of tea to have no windows in the room. Personally had a very quite and relexed night sleep with no noise at all ( as no windows ) but was but irritating feeling not having a window at all. Been offered a late check out fee on an hourly basis which I thought is very interesting and practical solution for travelers with late afternoon flights. A $10 per hours after 1pm is fair and practical. Something other hotels may consider. If I would go back to this hotel ? Yes, for the same reason of being in transit for one night with a central reasonable priced clean hotel. No, if I would spend holiday there ... Or at least get a room with windows

The queen bed room requested / offered had no windows
