The front office staff were poor in customer service. The check-in staff was fair but the check-out staff was rude, even though I made payment in cash of S$700 for 3 nights. |

A mid priced hotel, comfortable, quiet room with leafy view. Staff polite and helpful. No shuttle bus service to shopping precinct and taxi fares varied between $7 and $12 depending on traffic. |

The room that I booked (run of the house) was not available and I ended up staying in a normal room. The price I paid was not justifiable. I was told by the hotel staff that the newly renovated room (run of the house) was for first-come-first-serve basis. I was really upset and dissapointed. |

The staff and the staff and the staff. Every single person at the hotel tried their very best to make us happy and relaxed. The buffet was good and the facility on the 11th floor was great because we needed to keep up with work and family and it was much more convenient to use computers all set up than mess around with our own. The snacks and drinks also were great because they kept us going between running around trying to see the city. We came especially for the f1 but experienced so much more. Thankyou easy access to transportation, shops and entertainment.also the small things like the provision of the iron and ironing board made things so much easier. |

Locality, cleanliness as well as its non smoking rooms. Not enough tv channel provided espcially the live epl sports channels. Most other hotels provide these channels for its guests. Internet service should be provide free for at least 2 hours a day. |

The ease of transportation with the underground station only walking distance. The comfort of being able to get to shopping and eating places just by walking. A bit run down in terms of baby cots and a few small details. the selection of television channels and programmes is limited. no hbo unfortunately. the staff dont look happy working there. |

Convenience of public transport,bus stop outside door and a five minute walk to nearest MRT.Within easy walking distance to Bugis Junction,Plaza Singapora and Orchard Road shops.Great choice of restaurants in the area.Good sized rooms and great sized bath in en suite bathroom made for a pleasant stay. |

The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs - nothing seemed a problem. The price we paid for the room was cheap in comparison to other hotels we had been to in singapore. We would be happy to return again. |
