The location was excellent, near MRT stations. It was under renovation at the time. Price was too high. Internet should have been free for the price.

I have stayed in hotels of a simialr standard internationally that include free wifi throughout the hotel, but this was an expensive additional extra at the Rendezvous. This was disappointing and I'd look somewhere else to stay based on this in the future

The room & hotel area is very clean & all staff were very friendly. When I Check-in at the hotel the front office staff gave my 5th years old daugther extra bed without charge.

Very comfortable, excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, excellent value. Rooms a bit small. High cost of internet access (S$26.99 for 24 hours and you can't use WiFi for that - WiFi is an extra cost)

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and always fresh. Maybe if they have king size bed it would be perfect because we have two little kids sharing the bed with us.

I really like the great and strategic location of the hotel : accross the street is 711 and kopitiam and brash basah circle line MRT. The porter at taxi stand is always available and prompt to help loading unloading luggages and assit to get into the taxi, and they are very friendly. The room is compact, clean and everything works properly (AC, water boiler, shower, light, TV, etc) . Everything is great about this hotel. This hotel is really convenient for family with young children.

The location of this hotel is the most outstanding feature. It's close to 2 mrt stations (Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah) and shopping areas (Orchard Road and Bugis area). The hotel is located in a fairly busy area but affords the guests the privacy they need. I appreciate this very much and I hope the hotel will keep up the feature of letting the guests have their privacy (some hotels actually knock on your door when you have a friend visiting you in your room!). I also entered this into the hotel's own survey questionnaire: that internet should be free in the hotel, or, it they have to charge, make it a minimal fee, E.G., sgd10 per 24 hours -- and not charge by the minute! There is no WiFi in this hotel so it really needs to catch up with the times -- people are walking around with iPhones and Smart- phones and having free WiFi will be an added attraction.

Rooms were comfy, nice high double bed. Didn't appr Room was comfy, beds were nice n high and big. Didn't appreciate the cleaners knocking or ringing the door bell at 930 in the morning just because we didn't press the privacy button. On the last day they Knocked on the door again to clean the room ? What for, when we are suppose to be checking out? A little unProfessional in that way. Hotel is close to dhoby ghaut station.

The room has is adquately furnished with nice ambience. We had a comfortable 4 night stay. The location is convenient being half way between Orchard Road and Bugis area. 2 mrt stations are nearby (Bras Basah and Dhoby Ghaut). The room is clean with working amenities. The hotel staff needs to be trained or retrained on providing good customer service. We had an unplesant experience during check-in as we had to wait for our room but hotel staff unable to tell for how long.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay at the hotel, however, I quite disliked the system on how housekeeping staff as well as other hotel staff access the room with their own key if the guest doesnt respond to the doorbell twice. It was very inconvenient, especially when you're trying to change clothes or just relax in bed. It happened twice a day during my stay. Other than that, the hotel was nice and staff were friendly.
