At the heart of a shopping district As the hotel is a non-smoking hotel, the least they could do is provide a smoking corner for smokers. |

Location. Within walking distance to big shopping malls (Orchard Road) and attractions like Boat and Clark Quay. Would recommend this hotel if the price is competitive. |

Central location with easy access to MRT for travelling around. Staff were always helpful and friendly without being intrusive. A quality hotel! |

This hotel is very convenient to stay because it is located at the central of city. The bus stop is the front of the hotel and MRT station is near, about 3 minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is always full. So they assigned me the room that I didn't like. The service depends on the staff. It means the service is not good if the staff is not good. |

The concierge who helped bring up my luggage was really nice and gave lots of tips about the area. I also like the fact that you have to scan our key just to get up to your room, it's added security. I had to stay another night in the hotel because my flight got canceled (paid by the airline), the room that I stayed in though felt like it hasn't been used for some time and the aircon smelled funny (I think water retention) and I got a bit scared about that because I know that centralized hotel airconditioning can retain pneumonia bacteria. |

People where very helpfull and friendly. Extra services dad been offert to us without charge (internet access and free drinks at the lounch). This might be due to the current situation withe less guests but we appreciated very much. The room was reasently renewed ad therefore everything was new and in good shape. Hair dryier was not in the room. |

I had a pleasant stay at HRS, though i wasnt able to make use of the facilities of the hotel-i was busy roaming around the city-, I was satisfied by their room service and assistance. The room I had was Superior Deluxe, it was nice and spacious enough for two. As noted by other guests, the bed was firm, but it good for me since I have a spine problem. |

I stayed at the superior chalet, the room is very old and the bathroom is shocking, holes on the walls, towel hangers not hanging properly on the wall and also you don't get hand and face towel with the superior chalet!! |

No, this is not customer-centre hotel service. Parking at the hotel is a bad experience. It takes two departments to issue parking compli. Ticket. Very time consuming. |
