The design of the room is modern and my daughter loves the beach pool + all fountains near the hotel. It's recommended for family with young children. The super slow check in (we waited for almost 2 hours) just to get ANY room available. Dont request too many, useless. If you fond of hard goose down pillow, then it wont be a cons for you.

Close to universal Pools - resort style The concept of the hotel, however i dont think it was executed very well - the hotel seemed quite old. No Free Wifi Very Expensive - restuarant etc Poor buffet breakfast - too packed

We like the menu during the buffet, room is very clean, relaxing and stylish. The staff were accommodating esp Mr. Yosuff in the Cafeteria he surprised my daughter's bday by giving her a small cake w/ a candle. Simple things like this makes Hard Rock Hotel #1. Maybe free movies to watch and Wifi.

Sentosa is generally the tourist destination of Singapore. Hard Rock Hotel has an amazing man-made beach and the pool area is generally huge. The lobby is very pop-culutre and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom design is really not very 5-star. The bathroom should always be separate/ segregated from the bedroom. I guess this was done to maximize on space but come on, you're supposed to be a high rated hotel. Don't sell yourself short for the bathroom.

The facilities in the room was perfect - own coffee machine with top grade coffee and tea selection , the iPod dock to play your own songs , the massive bath tub . The staff could be a little friendlier to the locals . Yes it could be because few locals actually book a room in this hotel but it would be good to have the same treatment towards foreigners .

The simple yet posh interior designing of the room, the drain in the bathroom (smart design) and the view from the room. Breakfast not included, pool bar closes too early and far walk from the lift to the room.

Beds were really really comfortable Wasnt impressed that a five star hotel doesn't offer free wifi and the price of it was far to expensive; after paying so much for a room u would think it would be included. The same goes for no breakfast. There was also alot of mould in the shower. These need to be more thoroughly cleaned in between new clients!

Incredible pool, great location for all Sentosa has to offer. Be sure to leave Resorts world and visit Palawan Beach, gorgeous! Not well signposted from MRT station. Restaurant not well designed for an incredibly busy breakfast service. No free WiFi.

Love the pool area. Fantastic area for the kids. Location is perfect for a trip to Universal studios. Love the Sky train to Vivo shopping mall. Loved our room overlooking the dolphin pools. Hard pillows
