Excellent staff & super clean environment & rooms. Great place for relaxation.

Location in a large garden type environment whilst close to the city is an excellent contrast to other hotel environments

A little difficult to find when arriving by private car. Also hotel carparking not available

Pleasant and soothing environment away from city area. Close encounter with ponies, horses and pet dogs at the nearby stable + pet dog grooming and training school. Within walking distances to good food at Turf city.

Remote. No public transport available. Taxis had not heard of it. Continental breakfast poor. Dissapointed changed hotels.

Good and quiet place to relax.

I though it would be fantastic if all the facilities can be offered as a package also. This will be easy for new guests.

No toothbrushes/shampoo/toothpaste etc

I love the environment of the lodge. Comfort in nature. The service from most of the staff was pleasant, polite and helpful.

The generator was unsightly and loud, and my room was right beside it. The area where the staff dumps the dirty sheets and towels are also right beside the wall of my room. The bed in my room keeps moving around and thus is uncomfortable. Also, the dog kennels are too near the lodge and the eating area, with the barking being unbearable to some people. The parking area needs to be wider.

It was clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and priced very reasonably.

Surrounding atmosphere -- there's a pet spa/ kennel and babysitting service/ day care which causes a significant amount of noise.
