Located right next to the old turf club, the location is excellent if this is your destination otherwise it is in the middle of nowhere and you would be well advised to have a car. The rooms seem to be fairly recently renovated and are reasonably spacious, the surroundings are pleasantly green. The biggest problem is the management of this hotel and some of its staff. They couldn't care less about problems you may face in the rooms, in fact you can't even reach the night person as she is chatting with friends on the Hotel line (we did disturb her). We had non-functional water heater, non-flushing toilet and sink, lack of toilet paper and ripped towels, the morning duty manager was clearly annoyed that we would raise our concerns - and indeed did nothing about it through the day... Breakfast is fairly poor and the fact parking access should be payable is unjustifiable considering the location. As our numerous issues highlight there are some design flaws in the rooms too, again the management does not seem to be willing to take care of this.

The location - little other accommodation is available if you want to stay in this part of Singapore. The rooms described as 'grandure' are more pleasant. Fairly quiet with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Air conditioning works well. The first room we were given had no window, unless a narrow strip of glass beside the door could be counted as such. We understand this to be the case with most of the rooms despite them being described as deluxe. Everything was fairly basic, especially the bathroom - no hairdryer & slightly smelly.

We stay there for 3 days 1 night,no lift , staff not helpful at all. We need to carry our own lugagge to 2nd floor and no information at all. When we book I personally tell them after to give us the room at the corner for photo session so we chose this hotel also because is near to my friend home which is in bukit timah area. I didnt recomend this hotel , the price after tax is around 150 singapore dollar per night is not worth for the money. If the staff were helpful it will be different , infact they just dont meet our excpectation. there is dog shop or dog scholl just beside the hotel , it will be start noisy early in the morning also.

I booked the hotel for one night only so there wasn't much time for exactly inspecting every little detail about it, but as far as I can tell room was clean, its equipment Sufficent, crew were definitely helping and breakfast was good. Hotel is located a little far from the City and some taxi drivers wasn't sure of it's where abouts when you would have asked them.

The staffs because they were very nice and smiley-faced,a rare treat these days in Singapore.Particularly,Ms.Yogi and Ms.Mona whom were very helpful. The breakfast was horrendous.Needs major changes and the maintenance staff only turned up after four calls to fix the water heater and toilet flush.

The quite room is big and enough to accomodate big family. The breakfast is not nice at all. We didn't eat our breakfast there and rather travel to turf city to eat. Need improvement here.

Leaving, I booked for 7 nights and stayed for 1, they should let the dogs and horses next door use this shithole. Everything, dark, damp, broken window, ripped bed linen, dirty towels, no wifi signal, even the coffee was rank.

The relative quiet of the location was very pleasant. 1) no windows in room (tiny sliver of glass by door doesn't count.) 2) Aircon was extremely weak and took C.2 hrs to reduce room temperature to something manageable. 3) Although the room was clean my daughter awoke to find she was absolutely covered in bites from bedbugs! This is not acceptable.

It's away from city so love the peace and quiet there. The bed and pillow are comfortable although it doesn't feel clean. My body itch when lying on the bed. It felt like chalet more than hotel bed. Tap was leaking, no shower screen to prevent whole bathroom from getting wet from showers and no tissue paper in the room. Otherwise, this is quite a nice hotel to stay in.
