The location on the Singapore River was ideal. It was close to the MRT as well as restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were small. Bathrooms got wet as there were no shower curtains. Queen bed was too hard. |

The service at the front desk was ok, they provided good information. The bathrooms are far to small, bad showers and they make the entire bathroom to a pool. Rooms are very small and the poolarea was bad. All the sunbeds are broken and the poolwater is cold and very undeep. The breakfast is very very bad and their service is equal to that. |

The hotel is located rigth beside the river and about 10 min walk from the MRT. Very good loaction for a very reasonable price. |

Hotel location is very good. Riverside area and can walk to major parts. Easy access to mrt, Clarke Quay station. Room very small, almost have to stand on toilet while shower. Bedroom is narrow, no place to put luggages. Breakfast very simple. Will not stay here again. |

Located near Clarke Quay with many restaurants, drinking pubs & river festive performance. About 10mins walk to & fro mrt Shower room though small but it would be better to have a shower curtain to keep the toilet area dry |

the only sight seeing i have seen from my room is singapore river .it was wonderful view. i wanted the very clean and nice tidy room. but when i went there i found a dirty carpet floor room is for me as i ask them but then said some other roome are worst. the bath towel in the toilet was worn and torn. after i told to the receiption then they changed. more over my opinion its not tourist motivated hotel as the room price is not cheaper then any other 3star hotel. |

The strategic location and accessibilities. TV programme and breakfast selection. Omelette and sausage, fried rice for the whole week. Thats need more creativity. |

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was situated in a great location close to the Singapore River with a nice walk into town along the riverside. |

since its almost on the riverbank easy access to lots of nightlife and cafe culture just outside the hotel and MRT is not that far either and lots of food outlets around with reasonable prices and ranges the bathroom is very small and not much room to move about and is a little bigger than a closet |

Friendly staff , good central location with clean rooms - fairly short taxi ride to Changi Airport. Rooms & especially the bathrooms were tiny / on the small side. |

The room was great, a bit on the small side but there was my husband, baby and myself and we didn't feel over cramped. The hotel had a nice pool and was very close to Clarke Quay and some other shopping centres. It was a smallish room compared to others we had stayed at on our trip in the USA and Europe but not tiny small, it was fine i would suggest it to a friend. |

I like the river view, restaurants beside the river are not far and pleasantly, not far from shopping center. I like stay there with my children also. the toilet is very small |

We would rather you didn't include our assessment in your reviews for other clients, as we understand that our stay was a little off the radar. It seemed to us that the hotel renovations had only just reached the stage where our room was reopened, with us as first customers. We had to step over power tools and a lot of clutter to even get in. We expect that even by now the renovations are probably complete. The staff were very gentle and accommodating in every way. |
