For the price, we got free buffet breakfast, a room with an awesome view of the Singapore skyline (huge windows) and a hotel only 10 minutes away from the Clarke Quay MRT station. Plus the walk on the riverside to the MRT station was quite romantic. The shower room was a bit small. |

Great location, proximity to restaurants, CBD and Orchard. Rooms are also quite nice and the poolside view is great, wherein you see the poolside of Park Hotel. The washrooms are a bit crampy Breakfast could have a slightly more variety of cereals, yogurt, fruits and skimmed milk. |

The hotel also have a little circle swiming pool and small gym. WI-FI payment is 5 sgd for 24 hours, not for 1 hour as writting in hotel's description. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. The stuff is hospitality Some of equipment of hotel need replacement or renovation. Smooking smell is inside lifts. |

The ambiance is so quiet and peacefull, nice and clean room, like so much about the hotel is over looking the river. I came to the hotel, its almost 12 midnight, the front dest on the counter is not so accomodating, he just ask my passport and the reservation and my credit card, he just give me my key to my room and thats it. I just came along on the 6th floor and nobody assits me to the room, i can't even open my room, i came back again to tell him that i can't open my room and he said go back again and try it for 2nd time, It that a customer service you gave to your client, he did not bother to come to me to assits me in my room and some of my baggage. But all in all i will still go back to your hotel,,,,but i don't like your man on the counter again. |

My husband and I were happy with our stay at the hotel. The hotel is conducive and comfortable. The only thing I would like to suggest is if the Breakfast Menu could be looked at. I stayed there for 4 days and every morning was practically eating the same b'fast. It would be nice if the variety could change. Thank you. |

Convenient location. Great window view, with bay seating. All amenities are available so it's very convenient. Comfortable room. Polite service staff who try to fulfil requests. Strong air-conditioning (although it can be too strong at times). Nice-looking pool. No alternative arrangements for breakfast if it is needed before the time it starts. |

The location was very convenient. Good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful Perhaps it would have been nice to have a bar for residents. |

The saving grace for this hotel will be its location and price. The toilet was very small and it stinks quite a bit. The interior and furnishing of the room looks very old. The TV in the room was small, 14''. There was blood stains on the pillow when we first arrive. |

we enjoyed that it was close to everything - restaurants were abundant - and it was a pleasant, easy walk to Boat and Clarke Quay, taxi's were plentiful when needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. probably the only fault is the size of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. It is looking a little tired in places and needs some tender loving care to bring it back to it's former glory. |

Fuss free check in. The location is between places of interest and entertainment. Tight carpark lots & space. Would like a later check-out of 2pm instead of 1pm when there's room vacancy. |

Great location on Robertson Quay. Room was clean enough and pretty good value for money in my view Breakfast could be improved (more variety), but nothing to complain about when considering the price per night and location. |

The room and bathroom were cramped and not what was represented at the time of booking. The quality of the towels/bedding was shabby wiith holes in them. There was no closet facilities generally this was not value for money and I would class this as 1 or 2 stars not 3+ I have stayed in better motels than this hotel. |

The convenient location. Very near to many places of interest in and around Singapore. Reasonably priced. Room very small - adequate, but only just. Bathroom facilities a bit run down but ok. Have not answered the 2 questions below as the question of recommending it would depend very much on the needs of the person concerned. We did not study the guest reviews closely before booking but they seemed reasonably accurate although not 100% |
