Comfortable bedsit with just enough room to roll out my yoga mat and a lovely view of the river from the 10th floor. Good for sleeping after a long trip and pleasant safe environment to wakeup in. One thing, being on the 10th floor the aircons were a bit loud - like being on a ship with the hum of engines - tho not enough to keep me awake for long! |

Service wise, I think Robertson Quay deserve it's star. However, it disappoints me that the room are pretty small and the furniture is outdated. I think it would be good if the hotel were to invest on a more high-tech furniture or electronics. Perhaps, for a start, a flat screen television? To add on to that, I was quite surprise that the toilet door locked is spoiled. Again, some investment has to be made to these areas in ensuring that the hotel stayers have a pleasant stay throughout. |

Like all other reviewers ,we liked the location of the Hotel.The Reception Staff were friendly.The rooms were clean.The Swimming pool though small is well made. The Reception staff could be better informed about the Tourist locations and the Taxi fares.The Room and the bathroom was very small.The Breakfast Closes at 10am SHARP. |

The location is excellent and the connecting rooms were a great feature. The breakfast room is very small and inadequate for the number of rooms. Took ages to find a place to sit. The breakfast service is also very basic and when something got over, the staff simply says that its finished with no effort to replace it! The toilets and showers are so tiny that you can not help hurting your elbows! |

Location and cleaner was excellent also good pool The breakfast was poor,the hotel stafff were hostile telling me one rate and then when I returned from the room telling me anouther for an extra nite stay.also they wernt helpful when I asked questions seemed like they didnt care.would not stay here again. |

The location is very good. The standard single room is very small, almost like Harry Potter's cupboard! The toilet in all rooms is so small that you can not help brusing your elbows while showering or using the WC. The breakfast room is also very small, took ages to find a seat and often they would run out of items, and not care to replace! |

The location was very convienient next to the river, easy to walk to Clark and Boat Quay.Good Bars in the Square near hotel. Quiter than the other Quays and nice walks up river.Taxis easily available. Good value for price. Although a basic room it had TV coffee and tea facillity, hair dryer. Sheets changed every day. In the room I stayed in the shower and toilet was very small but manageable. For one person it was ok. I was offerred an upgrade for a very small amount of money so all in all I am not complaining. |

Location is good with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast is very basic but OK. Rooms are small, bed linen/pillows are very basic and not very comfortable, toilet/bathroom is very small and too basic not to say dirty, general decoration of the room is lousy, very old, very few TV channels (4) available, no air conditioning control available, no window opening possible, cleaning staff not speaking english.... |

Close proximity to entertainment (budget to 5star) facilities as well as general shopping areas. Walking distance to MRT as well as China town (15 minutes). Also near (walking distance) to the IT shopping center at Funan. Main complaint is the size of the bathrooms, very small, even for childless couples. Though I'm coming back with my wife and two year old daughter. Mainly becouse of the location. |

Close to the river and a pleasant walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The reception staff were helpful when I needed a taxi very early one morning. Not a great choice for breakfast - practically no fruit offered. |

Very good location and view as it is next to the popular riverside Clarke Quay. Interesting city/ historical landmarks within walking distance. Also close to various popular shopping areas. Very good service from the hotel staff, good individual control of room aircond and hot shower. Bathroom was a bit cramp but bearable. |
