The value of the club lounge and the attentiveness of the staff made the stay excellent. Position to transport and shopping were good as well.

It is not that i didn't like it its just that the food for basic australian tastes were a little wanting

they selected which taxi you travelled in by what you wore, twice people I. front of us in designer clothes were put in cabs after so they could drive in the higher quality cabs. we had just come from Thailand and didn't have designer clothes, so always got the run down cabs. they provided an upgrade to the club rooms however not to use the club facilities.

We liked the reception very curteous, The rooms are very comfortable. I don't know if the coffee machine suits everybody so.......... perhaps an alternative which suits most might be more appropriate. Decent gym and the pool looks good. Overall nice hotel.

Staff on 14 and 15 floor

Staff took extremely long to release a room to us when we checked in despite me having requesting early check in several times. This was very inconvenient to me as I am a blood pressure patient.

Proximity to Shopping Malls, Metro, Buses and Restaurants. Staff were polite and courteous and made every attempt to accomodate us.

The service and food in the executive lounge was poor and miserly. There was no self-service and we were never asked if we would like more of anything. Our dishes and glasses were whisked away and we felt like we were greedy if we asked for more. Considering we were paying for an Executive Room if was poor. The room was not particularly luxurious and there was no free "2 pieces of laundry per day" offered in the services.

Located just a short distance from Ion and Wheelock Place on Orchard Road.

Hotel is looking tired and old. Definitely needs some refurbishment.

This is my second stay at your hotel and will definitely stay again due to: Complimentary CoffeeMachine/Minibar/WIFI/spacious rooms and bathroom/very good airconditioning/LOCATION/fantastic BREAKFAST buffet/Kid friendly with pool/very efficient front desk especially SARAH who checked us in, we were a group of 8 and was very accommodating ! Keep up the good work. Maintain your standard of cleanliness and efficiency- see you soon!

Could improve friendliness and service orientation of your housekeeping - questioned why we needed extra towels since we were only staying for one night.

They told us the bar is complimentary, but there was just 2 coke and water in a fridge, the room were not clean, there was always bad smell in the rooms and also beds and towels, once they changed our towel with new wet one. At the end they charged us at the check out, 40 sgd additional cost for each day that we stayed there for service , despite poor service ,

Our stay was great. The service at the front desk when we checked in was really quick. Despite the renovations taking place the concierge offered world class service

The pool area could do with a bit more life. I know its a city hotel but the pool doesn't have to be very boring especially if that is where the hotel staff recommend if they cannot offer late check-out.

Nice facility in center of Singapore. Good breakfast but poor dim sum.

Great location and handy for MRT and bus routes. 30 mins from airport (approx S$20 each way) Fantastic restaurant and beautiful rooms. Adequate sized outdoor pool and gym facilities for short stay. Checked out at 12noon but allowed to store cases and use shower facilities until we had to leave for our late evening flight.

Not a complaint but extensive works being carried out on facade of building (which we we made aware of). Jack hammers pounding away at concrete all day and could be heard by poolside but not in hotel room.
