the stay at royal plaza was enjoyable the location was convieniant to everything that we needed, the staff were very friendly and helpful and i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. the only thing that did concern me was that we had a noisy family staying next to us, but things like that can't be helped. |

islamic food There was a work in the hotel we couldn't sleep good because of that. late check in and early check out. i faced problem with my visa card because of the billing time i couldn't pay at check in so i pay Cash for the 1st night and by card at the second day for the next 3 day but key of my room didn't work for the 3rd night when i talked with the reception they told i have to pay for the hole period |

location of the hotel is brilliant. free internet facilities is also a very good facility for business travelers. rooms have no view/privacy. In fact the rooms are claustrophobic with parking lot on one side and a dead wall on the other. plus there was lot of noise in the room as some repair work was on in room above my room. . |

Locality is excellent. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Taxis easily available. My booking with you was not recorded with Royal Plaza. However they did honor the booking when I showed my Confirmation print out. For 3 nights drilling work at their car park behind my room went on till 2 am. I requested another room with no noise and they moved me to a room with no noise. |

The location of the Hotel and access to public transport facilities was excellent in Singapore The Hotel clearly was not worth 5 stars as the interior was quite outdated, rooms were too small, even though we already booked the Club rooms, breakfast was chaotic with long queues of people waiting for tables because staff did not manage to turn them quickly |

Excellent location, just 200m to famous Orchard Road. Complementary mini bar and wireless Internet in the room. We were also granted 2 hours late check-out as we had a baby. Very helpful staff. There are stairs in front of the hotel and there is no disabled or baby trolley path. Every time we had to carry the baby trolley from the stairs. we noticed that our bed linen was not changed from our first night to second. |

The location of the hotel. I could not sleep well, I think it is because of A/C and bed was not comfortable enough for me. They gave me a room with a view of a car park, but I am fine with it. |

The room and specially the bed was very comfortable...and of course the western buffet it was very good as well. Even I know very well English at the reception the receptionist talked very fast and I kept saying..."pardon"...!? |

We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights/7days. The staff are freindly and the service was excellent. I would stay in this hotel again and would recomend this Hotel to Others. PS Breakfast in the "Carousel" was very well presented, and the choice of foods was wide. Not much of a view from the Window (room 921) |
