This hotel was very good and well located,The staff were very helpful and i would recomend this again to anybody stopping in singapore. nothing the staff let us check in early really nice stay. |

We stayed in a Club Room and found the facilities excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Being able to book out of the hotel from the Club Room was very convenient. |

All the hotel staff were all excellant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Just what you want when stying in a hotel. This was my second visit to Royal Plaza and when I return to Singapore I shall be staying again. The air conditioning controls are not easily explained/displayed to allow occupants of rooms to change the settings as at times it was too cold for me - just a personal thing! |

Staff are friendly, room service is prompt and polite. walk way to car park is difficult, has to carry luggage from lobby to staircase towards car park. car park lift is horrible dirty. Improvement needed....Hotel rate is too expensive. |

I have a very warm greeting from the hotel, although I need to make some special arrangement for the check in and the hotel assist me well. I have a great time celebrating my anniverssary and it will be my choice of hotel in the future too. |

Rooms were a good size and comfortable, staff were friendly. Location was central to main shopping district, and a short taxi to night life. Upon arrival, the tv did not work. There was a water leak in the bathroom. One of the main lights was missing from the room and the main power/light switch for room activated by room card was faulty. However these things were all fixed the next day by the hotel. |

I think I got a good price/offer for our stay considering the location of the hotel. It is value for money. Not that I didn't like it, but I think the service of housekeeping could have been improved. |

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was comfortable, too. Desk was big enough to work at. Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes had a hard time to catch it in the room. |
