Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, modern fistures etc The aircon in the room (on lowest fan setting) was like sleeping in a wind tunnel - I caught a crook neck as a result - not good! I have stayed at this hotel before and it was better, had free internet so when I booked it again this trip I did not check but now they charge - this is a negative for me, I could have stayed at cheaper or same priced hotels with free internet, but decided on this hotel as I knew it and thought they still had free wifi |

Value for money,near airport. Comfortable clean rooms. The steps from lobby level leading to elevators makes it inconvenience to carry heavy luggages onto these steps. Alternative would be to provide ramp whereby luggages with trollies can be easily wheeled up. |

I like the central location of the hotel to the city shopping districts, train stations & the major attractions (e.g. Orchard Road, MRT stations, F1 event, Sentosa, Singapore Flyer, Museums, Foodcourts). Its close proximity made it within short walking distance of within 15 mins at most. Even to catch a train to a distant location took as quick as 30 minutes. It was also so convenient to go to Sentosa by train all the way, within air-con riding comfort all the way. There was no bed-room slippers provided, and the complimetary parking coupon did not work properly most of the time. |

I have stayed here before. It is very clean hotel with excellant service. Free Internet in the room, helpful staff and plenty of food courts nearby. Walking distance to MRT and suntec mall. |

Did not live up to expectations of a four star hotel This one lacked the personal touch of others. Breakfast was included in our stay but we were leaving before breakfast which did not commence until 7am. When I queried the late start I was told I could have a breakfast box, this consisted of one sandwich and nothing else??? For a hotel of its rating I would have thought it would have been more accommodating as were other hotels on my recent trip overseas. |

I thought the rooms were brilliant! Tidy, Clean and the service when taking us to the room was efficient and staff friendly Better entertainment for all the family in the evenings as there is just one bar which looked a bit dodgy |

The hotel has been refurbished since the last time i stayed there many years ago. There was a technical problem with the broadband internet while i was there, and despite the staff trying to solve the issue for 3 days, it still was not rememdied. However, this is a minor thing, and the rest of the stay at the hotel was faultless |
