This hotel is close to the downtown. After new MRT station is opened, this hotel will become more comfortable to make a city trip in Singapore. |

The service apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Both the bedroom and living room have large, LCD televisions. The kitchen included a microwave, fridge, oven, stove, and even a washing machine for our laundry. Plenty of space, new furnishing and equipment, and a great location. The pool is really small. It is only about 8-10 feet wide and maybe 30 feet long. However, it does include a small wading area for young kids. It is not a place to do some laps or any real swimming, but it is enough for the kids to cool off and splash around. |

The staff were very helpful and polite particularly at the check in/out desk and dinning room. The location of the hotel is excellent for city centre and links to Changi Airport.Rooms v/clean domestic staff unseen. The staff at the Concierge desk not very well informed on giving clear direction to public transport and places of interest. |

The central position is a great plus. It will be even better when the Bras Basah MRT (Mass Rapid Transport) station opens in 2010. One entrance will be right outside the door. The hotel is just five minutes walk from the Rendezvous curry restaurant, which mysteriously remains fairly unknown to visitors to Singapore. Across the road is the former St. Joseph's Institution, today a centre for the arts and a building worth wandering through just to look at the architecture. Like many hotels, it has apparently never heard of margarine. Why, in a era when so many people are trying to live healthily, is only butter provided at breakfast? |

Very convenient, close to MRT and shopping centers/places, convenient store (7-11) and a hawker (food court) is just next to the door step of its connection-hotel, near Singapore Art museum. Room and bathroom are reasonably ok. The bed and a pillow are quite comfortable. The hotel also provides a DVD player and a tea/coffee set in a standard room. Swimming pool is so small and not quite clean. Breakfast is not good although there are variety of choices. |

Staff were very obliging. and very easy to get on with, and Sharon was very kind in getting us early flights as we left 2 days early and also is sending on to us some items we left behind. The Bed was very hard we woke with back aches every day. I dont think you could class it as an executive room just standard, and the breakfast was nothing to rave over.. |

It is very central to every thing, at $150 per night thought the executive rm was very good value for money. Free internet was great and the staff were really helpful and efficent - beds and linen were superb |

We were able to check in at 8.30 a.m. off an overnight flight and made to feel very welcome by an efficient receptionist. We left bags for safe keeping after check-out too. The dining room staff interrupted breakfast each day with questionnaires about their personal performance. |

Good central location, yet quiet. Not far from shops, markets and food courts. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel staff did not tell us about the access ramp for the baby pushchair until the last day of our stay. We had to carry the pushchair up and down the stairs everyday, although the staff were very friendly in assisting with the pushchair. |
