The location is the best asset, just a few step to brass basah MRT & sbus stop, also located beside the Singapore Art Museum. The bed is comfortable not to soft but not hard either just perfectly comfort. Really really enjoy staying there :)

Central location, the pool and the staff. For a well nourished Canadian, the shower was a bit small.

I liked their friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are quite small for an extra bed. Also, there is no wifi in the room.

Exellent location! 2Min to mrt station, 3 min to bus stop. Clean room, friendly staff. We had small electrical problem with main switcher, and the problem was solved in 2 min after call to reception. Good price for such hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent - a few steps away from Bras Basah mrt Station and of walking distance to Bugis Street (street shopping). It is also surrounded by a number of churches. Singapore Art Museum is also very near. I also noticed two bars - one just in front of the hotel, and one at the corner of the street. The buffet breakfast is nice and the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable. The room is reasonable and very comfortable. Not much but the water temperature varies considerably, but with a little patience you will be able to properly set the right temp.

Accommodation perfectly suited our requirements. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar didn't ever seem to be open on this and our last visit despite a sign saying OPEN. A cool drink upon arrival/return and whilst waiting for the shuttle would have been most welcome. Having to go back out after returning to the hotel and try to find somewhere for refreshment in the heat was not an enjoyable memory and I would think an economic loss for the hotel. The staff did inform us of an Irish bar round the corner with very cold air-con and very cold drinks this was excellent once you got there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although some people might not like the location close to Bugis. Staff were friendly, efficient and polite. The breakfast was fantastic. They had one of those 'stick to you' shower curtains. That was the only problem.

Very unhelpfull and unfriendly staff when we arrived and kept us waiting for very long. Was not helpful when asked questions. Since we were in a group of 5 the rooms were mixed up and not made up for the group of 3 in a the room. Food quality during breakfast was poor for a Singapore hotel.

Not much at all! Staff were not very friendly or curtious, room had mould on walls.Compared to what was shown on the Internet, my husband and I are very disappointed. For the amount we paid, we could of stayed in sentosa and received the service that tourists deserve!!

The location is near the Bugis Junction Mall and the Bugis street where we can find many restaurant and many shops to buy souvenirs, shirts, etc. It is also walking distance to some museums. 1. We booked for the apartment because we needed the kitchen, but the hotel changed it without prior notification. If we know prior to our arrival, we can make better preparation. 2. some of the pillows are not smell good.

We like that your front door staff knew where to go and what to see. For first timers in Singapore this was a great help. We had booked for 3 people but the couch bed was made up until I spoke to the manager.

My stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Location fantastic. The only problem I could think of is water in the shower. The temperature of water is not constant. In fact while you are showerin, irrespect of the time, the water can be very hot or very cold. This is about the only thing I can remember.

The location is great and really easy travelling from this hotel because takes a few minutes walk to get mrt or nearby buses. Really dissapointed by the conceirge staff as I brought my booking print out they replied that my name was not in the computer and they asked me to pay with the current rate, which is a lot higher. Then when I asked to check again they gave me a slightly lowered price than before but still was not my price. When I kinda get irritated then finaly they gave me my original price which I booked online. Such a great dissapointment as this was my second visit and there I was thinking that they were trying to ripped me off.

The location was great in terms of convenience to mtr stations and local sites, eg Bugis Junction, Litte India, and the city. The room was reasonable apart from size - I had expected a much bigger room given the discription given. Negatives were as follows: (a) Room Size (b) Air conditioning was overly loud, which made sleeping sometimes difficult (c) Wallpaper was peeling and shabby in places. (D) Windows were grubby and difficult to see out of

It has nicely appointed rooms with quality bedding and even a paper delivered each morning. A terrific buffet breakfast included in the tariff. It's situated close to Bugis markets, train station and Raffles Hotel and within walking distance to lots of other attractions.

I liked the location, and the front of house staff We had an executive room and this was in very poor condition. The walls were marked badly and in places the wall pater was peeling off. There were no dressing gowns, and the room was very small. The breakfast was not good, and the staff unfriendly
