The staff is really helpful. There was no problem when I requested to delay my check-out. The tideness and cleaness of the room is satisfactory. The bed is so cosy and comfortable.......I love it soooooo.......much! The breakfast is not so interesting. The walking distance to MTR is a little bit far, in terms of Singapore weather. The hotel atomosphere is more suitable for business travellers.......a little boring for tourists...... |

The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was a good size with good pillows. The decor in the room was well thought out. The lighting system was intuitive and modern. The quality of the food in the restaurant was only average. I would not eat there much if I had the choice. |

Excellent location in centre of Singapore - great place for breakfast in the Museum of Modern Art. Rooms spacious - flat screen tv and dvd player in room. King size bed. Staff very helpful. Half the price of hotels near by that have smaller rooms. Not wild about the lobby and the restaurant downstairs but plenty of good places near by so this does not really matter |

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, modern fistures etc The aircon in the room (on lowest fan setting) was like sleeping in a wind tunnel - I caught a crook neck as a result - not good! I have stayed at this hotel before and it was better, had free internet so when I booked it again this trip I did not check but now they charge - this is a negative for me, I could have stayed at cheaper or same priced hotels with free internet, but decided on this hotel as I knew it and thought they still had free wifi |

Value for money,near airport. Comfortable clean rooms. The steps from lobby level leading to elevators makes it inconvenience to carry heavy luggages onto these steps. Alternative would be to provide ramp whereby luggages with trollies can be easily wheeled up. |

I like the central location of the hotel to the city shopping districts, train stations & the major attractions (e.g. Orchard Road, MRT stations, F1 event, Sentosa, Singapore Flyer, Museums, Foodcourts). Its close proximity made it within short walking distance of within 15 mins at most. Even to catch a train to a distant location took as quick as 30 minutes. It was also so convenient to go to Sentosa by train all the way, within air-con riding comfort all the way. There was no bed-room slippers provided, and the complimetary parking coupon did not work properly most of the time. |
