Friendly staff on duty during registration but not informative when I asked about my first internet booking quoting rate MR 272 nett leading me to complete the reservation form on line with details of my credit card given for check- in on Dec 7 with response my booking was registered room run of the-house and indication of group booking thru Parlour Travel. Whwn I call the hotel I was told no such reservation and hotel offers many website for reservation. So I had to book twice and delayed visit to 8-10 Dec with increased rate! My worry is of possible double charge or payment of one nite booking on 7 Dec which I didnt show up as Hotel staff to me no booking was made on 7 Dec. So what website could that be ? Could this be a scan ? Shabby room conditions.Old smelly carpet, overused sofa and old-fashioned furniture,fitting & equipment.Bad smoking odour. Cheap toilettories,linen.Singapore has a good image,so dont looswe your market share. |

None. Everything......The room that we stayed in is old and out of date, need renovation. Breakfast is poor. I can't remember this staff name but she is far from worst service and she has attitude problem. When we checked out she gave us black face and very very rude. I never came cross any rude service like this before. |

Your staff are very good and polite, unfortunately the condition of the hotel and its decor do not support your staffs efforts. I consider this a budget hotel which could be extremely popular if it was given a make over. Your staff are your assets. |

The location - central to shopping and dinning places The staff not providing correct information in regards to the the telephone calls made from the rooms. I was told to use my phone card and there will be no charges but ended up paying a hefty charge for all the calls made with the prepaid phone card. |

The general condition was acceptable and the room of a good size - not to small and crammed. O K for staying the night. T V very old and of poor standard. A new TV was required. Internet should be provided free of charge or at a reasonable price. |

Cleanliness and bathroom facilities looks new. TV channels are clear and ironing board is provided. The buffet breakfast was good with quite no. of varieties. we requested for connecting rooms & was even informed at the counter that we were given connecting rooms but upon check in it was not. Check in was delayed up to 4pm even though we arrive at 1.30pm |
