I liked the staff. Breakfast was good. It was conveniently situated. The Karioke bar was a bit grubby!! |

The hotel location is best, staff is good the hotel needs a rewamp, i would rather stay in Orchard Parade at a similar pricing than this hotel second the room furniture also needs to be upgraded to a modern styling it looks more contemperory yes the interior of the rooms rest the food etc was excellent and the staff was quite curtious. |

Courteous cleaning ladies. But the staff at the front desk are stiff. They need to have a good rapport with their customers. |

The room is clean and spacious The services staff from front desk is rude including the night shift manager. The restaurant staff also very rude, they treated everyone like from mainland China. For sure not a hotel for business travelers. We are from travel agent in Malaysia and unable accept such service and will not sell to our client. |

I have a complain, There was a duplicate booking done due to some error. Which i requested you guys to cancel and also talked to the hotel staff. They said that they will cancel it but they have charged me for two rooms. They have charged me twice. Does booking.com have any say in this. I will for sure take this matter further. I just wanted to see if you can do something for me. |

The hotel was located quite close to the MRT allowing quick and easy access to the main shopping centres. There were insufficient staff to assisit with baggage both on arrival and departure. Drain lines in the bathroom sink were poorly maintained - the sink plug would not hold water and it was slow to drain out. |

this was the worst hotell we have ever stayed at for your own sake dont go there the people are very rude not helpful the room was not made up from 6am to 10 pm we had to ask them to clean it and when they did they just pulled the sheets over and that was it it was in all a very big disapointment |

Good breakfast , friendly and efficient staff. Decor and furniture a bit old and quaint with a hint of musty smell but nothing to complain about.However, toilet was clean and probably recently renovated so it was nice. |
