Hotel Royal is conveniently located with all forms of Public transport available at the doorstep. The hotel ambience is great and the staff very polite and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Finally, the highlight of the Hotel is its lavish breakfast which is worth for kings. |

Good location near city center from 2 stops MRT. Price is quite high, quality of food is not good. No free internet in room and it's additional charge. So the price is not suitable for the quality. |

For us we liked the convenience of the hotel location for our exploration and visiting family locally. Also we have stayed at the Hotel Royal in the past and found it satisfactory. |

The hotel staff very helpful and polite - close to shopping centres and also very easy to get transport bus right outside taxies always outside The cost of breakfast too expensive and not big variety for westerners - |

location is very convenient, free car park for guests and rooms are recently renovated. Swimming pool and the main lobby both look very tired, but I guess it is not important. |

All round was good and we had a good and comfortable stay. Easy access to Orchard Rd with only one bus ride and 3 or 4 stops away. Rooms were big and on our request they gave us 2 beds (Queen and Super Single). It was clean and had hot water shower. We did not try the Chinese or Japanese Restaurant but appear to have a crowd most of the time. |

Pleasant and relaxing could not start and stop the internet access so once on it ran for the 24 hours although not being used. This made it very expensive |

Just few night clubs in the hotel, thats all is the charm of hotel and nothing else Rooms conditions are really poor, i mean their interiors furniture all is bull shit |

It was memorable, as I booked only for a normal size room, but they upgraded it to a family size room on seeing that my two teenage kids checking in together with us. Plus, the hotel did not even charge us extra. That is service beyond question! |

The staff are very accommodating and very knowing about Singapore. I inquire one of you're staff and he told me almost all of the coolest place i need to go. Likewise he also said some non enjoyable place if we go there, which is very cool. At least we don't expect too much and get disappointed. |

The check-in was very quick and painless. At first given a room with two twin beds which i did not want but it was corrected on the spot by very good reception staff. Me and my fiance' really loved our stay. It was more like a retreat for us since we have been apart for three months. |
