Helpful staff, cheep, relatively close to airport, a lot of good places to eat near the hotel. We were not satisfied with the cleaniness of the room (hair on the floor) and the fact that the bathroom doors were broken (impossible to close). The room was really small, but for the price it's ok. |

The location. Must be bad business seeing as those "working ladies" were soliciting as early as 9am!! Despite being in Singapore's red light district, you don't feel threatened much and I can honestly say that I was a bit disappointed when I didn't hear any ladies at work. Lol After attending a wedding dinner we got back close to 12 am, only to find that the aircon wouldn't work. Called the staff who, poor fella, had to travel at least 4 times to flip the switch at the main switch box. My hubby was fuming mad that we had to change rooms at such a late hour due to those electricity trips. |

Yes, when I arrived, they asked me to pay more than price quoted on Bookings.com. Luckily I had receipt. They said price had increased by about $45. They only didn't charge me due to having a receipt and said it was now up to management? which I think is not right. |

The rate is worthy as other hotels in Singapore are much more expensive. Good for cheap backpackers! The atmosphere is boring & a bit boxy. |

Good service, clean and feel warm service from the hotel service team.hotel ok but the area not so ok Close to the hotel too many people at the Geylang Road, seem they drink bir with their 'girl' . Not so good if stay with family especially when I walk with my doughter and son |

Transportation is convenient and the smoking smell in the hotel is controlled at a minimum level. It would be better to have smaller room at lower rate for solo traveller. The window cannot be open so that fresh air may not be breathed in. |

The staff were friendly. We had a blocked sink and although we informed the staff the problem was not resolved. We even ran out of soap in the dispenser the 2nd day. |

You hardly get a decent room for this kind of price in Singapore. The rate is the top attraction of this hotel. Besides, it is within walking distance to the mrt station (green line). It is situited at the red light district, not suitable for family with young kids. |

Only the price of the room and general things like cleanliness Hotel culture and the area where this hotel is situated. Good for freak around but not advisable for the married couple / family people. Breakfast is not provided which is not good. As per the standard of the hotel is C grade, they can afford the Breakfast at least in the same price of the room. |

The privacy and accessibility to the MRT. The room is very clean. We asked for extra pillows but none provided. It's a budget hotel anyway..i don'e expect much. |

Convenient to public transport. Option of extending checkout at $10 per hour - very useful. Attentive staff who provided power adaptors, travel advice and prompt service. Hotel is in the heart of the red-light district and offers 'transit rooms' for two hours for passing trade. |

I chose it because it is a 10 minute walking distance to the train station (MRT- Al Junied). Bus service, food and internet cafe is also convenient The water did not run off in the toilet when I had a shower, so that there was a little flooding on the toilet floor. Also, there should be a shower curtain in the tolilet/shower room. Also there was a fresh dead cockroach on the bed when I checked-in - perhaps it had just been dead from fumigation spray before I checked-in? Better to see a dead cockroach than a live one, though. |
