The staffs handled us professionally.
Shower not in good condition. Rooms needed to be more clean.
I like the staff and the location of the hotel. The morning and night staff is very friendly and also very helpful with all the given info.
The bed even though is clean but if u look closely the bed sheet is kinda full of dust or dirty. FYI the other morning my body were beaten by either mosquito or bugs. Please look very deep into this matter.
The hotel staf was very nice, we met two of them and they both very helpful when we ask direction. Wifi was very good and if you're from Indonesia don't forget to bring a connector for the three hole charger, but in case you forget just ask the staf. They will lend it to you. Hot water was good, room was neat and clean, they provide water heater, coffee and tea, they also have a hairdrier in the bathroom. In between Little India and Bugis, so you can choose which MRT is nearest your destination. There's a lot of market, seven eleven also fresh fruit market. Mustafa is just around the corner, also if you want to see a nice temple it's just take a few miles.
Nope. You get what you paid and for me everything was good.
they dint allow me to stay at the hotel, tried to cancel the booking for 17 days well in advance but they wouldnt refund a single dollar... I know there are non cancellation rates but I notified them within a day of the booking and almost a week before the date of stay. If was a couple of days I would have let it go, but this is 17 days. finally my trip got postponed and I couldnt travel over on those dates and use up any of those booked dates.
Free Wifi, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from Little India MRT.
Rental only shows daily price (Taxes only indicated, not calculated with fare), Slightly high fare, Breakfast not included, Expensive cost of breakfast 12 dollars per guest
More space in the Rooms
Good WiFi, offer amenities. Good location, close to MRT station, many good restaurants around. Street and AC is not noisy.
not cheap but price still acceptable
Near to everywhere, Little India or Bugis..just by walk round 10 minutes.Restaurants are everywhere surroundings.Mosque is closed to the hotel. Perfect for short travelling with quite room.
Location was very lifely. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. Rooms are very clean.
Size of the rooms, its rather small. But for a few nights its ok. Dont book breakfast, its in a dirty bar across the road and not very tasty. Its better to take breakfast at the corner of the street, good coffee and nice food for next to nothing.
Noisy outlets at night.
Very local and Singspoee Indian atmosphere An Indian eating place just across the corner, where we enjoyed good Roti Canai, but Roti Canai in M'sia is better A drinking place with live music near by, but the prices were rather expensive
We had trouble starting to use WiFi, and after managing to be connected, we found that the speed was quite low, but we tried convincing ourselves that it's good enough as it is a free service.
Hair on the floor from previous guests
It's value for money that we pay. Family room is good clean uncomfortable.
our room was without window in basement:(
Value for money. The relatively nice location. Close to Orchard.
There is no breakfast and some rooms have no windows.
Staff is helpful
Ended up paying extra money for a family room. Because that's the only room with window.
Rooms very small
1. located in a busy convenient area. 5 mins walking distance to little india MRT/ sim lim square/ serangoon road etc.. 2. encountered only one person. the receptionist where all were very friendly and helpful 3. Rooms contain a/c, tv (with 3,4local channels), hair drier (which stops in like 5mins of usage time.dont know why), dvd player, safe box, drawers, hangers, toiletries , wifi was quite good and usable almost anytime
1. Comparatively very small rooms. 2. Our room was cleaned but did not appear to be so. Noticed only the dustbin has been cleaned and new tea bags have been kept. bed sheets were not changed, tea cups not washed, you get tooth brushes but no paste 3. Bathroom did not have a bide shower but only tissues 4. Breakfast is offered outside of the hotel premises so did not opt for that
Hotel Pictures are taken so trickily! Lively the hotel like a shop. Staff very inconsiderate and rude. (specially the Indian one). we booked a family room for 2 nights as we had very early flights but only need to get room bit earlier, But the counter person who was so unhelpful and rude. He is acting as like Bollywood actors. He should`t be there instead of street. If i get a chance will kick him from the counter. He was lying!!! and asking money under the table for giving us room bit earlier. NEVER AGAIN! Please avoid this hotel..bad people..bad management! Hotel owner should look in..but saw the licence named some "pondit" ( sir name of the owner) no points to acknowledge regarding this issue.
The services were average but the hotel turned out to be fraud as they charged me twice for my 1 night stay.
Money was deducted from my credit card twice. First time during booking (which was supposed to be reverted back) and second time during check- in. But during my credit card bill review I realized that both the transactions were realized by the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed.
Hotel, tried to cancel my booking saying there was a problem with my card but it was a rooming problem. Also it was Divali so my friend and I were stared at constantly. Hundreds of men lined the streets day and night, we were very uncomfortable.
all of it
First, it wasn't mention the rooms didn't have any windows. Second, we asked for a double bed, they took our booking into consideration but only had twins beds. They told us we would have it on the second night but once again, they didn't have it. The last night, we finally had a double bed. Third, we asked to take a shower at night before having our flight back home, the first receptionist told us it would be ok if they had rooms; later, another receptionist have (surprisingly) a new booking and we couldn't take a shower which was probably a lie since they still had some available rooms on booking. No goodwill gesture. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Cockroach fell from the ceiling.
one of small hotel located in walking distance from both Bugis and Little India MRT stations
rooms of basement flooor: there are no windows or balcony
