Quick WIFI speed, free local call, close to NUS, nearby bus stop Tiny room without space for suitcase; poor decoration; no closet; WIFI didn't work at first night of stay; poor cleaness; high price of SGD158 per night for twin bed room, and was expensive than similiar city hotels; far away from city center; staff with poor knowledge on civil transportation guide for guests |

Nothing. It is horrible experience. Room stinks. Bathroom was horrible. AC didn't work properly, couldn't sleep. |

the staff were helpful and nice the toilet needs to be cleaner. buffet breakfast could have been better.there was not much choice regarding where we can eat. not very near to an MRT station ( was told to take a cab to nearest) |

The room is very clean and tidy with tv and even dvd player inside. The location is good as it is near to Vivo City shopping mall and there is no erp gantry charges along the road. The room is way too small and it's not worth the money. The car park lots in the hotel are limited. However, there is a public car park right opposite the hotel, but you have to pay 50cents per half an hour even on sunday/public holiday. |

Proximity to NUS campus in Kent Ridge. Good for short business trips to the university. The front desk and people were quite courteous and accommodating. The price. It would've been worth more my while for the cost had there been a tub. |

it was close to the nuh where I had my seminar. It was accessible by public transit, it was close to a lot of restaurants. breakfast could have been better. Internet access needs improvement. |

Never seen anything like that bad for this sort of price. Room was dirty and very small. Remotes for tv, dvd and aircon had wires!!! Breakfast consisted of toasts you had to make yourself, one sort of jam and very bad coffee from coffee machine. Wireless Internet link was very weak in our room, so was almost impossible to use it. One pc in the lobby downstairs was always taken by somebody, booking.com is blocked by firewall!! Etc. Very unpleasant stay. |

Receptionist of the hotel very friendly, but often very busy. Receptionist always lot of work. Breakfast too much simple. Women who are cleaning room friendly. |

la proprete, la disponibilite du personnel nous avions preciser lors de la reservation une chambre avec fenetre et a notre arivee nous avons eu une chambre sans fenetre et ca peut etre angoissant de dormir sans fenetre |
