Close to my daughter's place. Got another room when AC broke down. Could stay longer than check out time for little money. Poor breakfast |

Convenient location for University No windows in the room and no provision of a 'night lite' to compensate for this. Had to leave bathroom light on at all times and accompnying very noisy extractor fan |

The convenience of transportation. There is a bus stop nearby, which can bring me to Vivocity, Haw Par Villa, or the nearest MRT station. The size of the room. There was barely any place to move around. But then again, I guess it's expected for a price like that. |

the hotel staffs are very friendly, though not all, but almose everyone of them are willing to help us, and they are very kind and knowledgeable as well, you can certainly ask them the directions. the room is comfortable, just a bit small. the view is not bad. and it's very convenient to take a bus there. it's very near to nus, high recommendation for those who wish to go to nus but don't wish to stay in the hostel so fast. there is a 7eleven nearby and some restaurants, quite convenient. the wifi is very steady as well. the breakfast is not good, don't put too high expectation on it.the room is small as well. |

I can travel to Vivo City easily with one cheap bus ride. I am terribly dissatisfied with the breakfast prepared as it did not fulfill the policy which states continental breakfast. Only bread was served along with some eggs and fruits. That is all I am not happy about. |

The room was too small, to the size that was unexpected with. The design of which toilet door is next to the main door created inconvenience to us: whenever the toilet door was opened, the main door needed to be close to allow the passage. The breakfast was too simple and easy as well. |

the staff was nice, considerate and flexible. they allowed me to choose a preferred room and were responsive to our needs. provide student discount as NUS is a worthy pool of potentials to tap on |

Nothing. It is horrible experience. Room stinks. Bathroom was horrible. AC didn't work properly, couldn't sleep. |

the staff were helpful and nice the toilet needs to be cleaner. buffet breakfast could have been better.there was not much choice regarding where we can eat. not very near to an MRT station ( was told to take a cab to nearest) |

The room is very clean and tidy with tv and even dvd player inside. The location is good as it is near to Vivo City shopping mall and there is no erp gantry charges along the road. The room is way too small and it's not worth the money. The car park lots in the hotel are limited. However, there is a public car park right opposite the hotel, but you have to pay 50cents per half an hour even on sunday/public holiday. |

Proximity to NUS campus in Kent Ridge. Good for short business trips to the university. The front desk and people were quite courteous and accommodating. The price. It would've been worth more my while for the cost had there been a tub. |
