Free car parking and fair hotel rate are the main reasons I choose this hotel. The room is quiet, clean but small. Very good location, near to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff is not so helpful. |

The hotel is clean with helpful frontdesk, around the hotel there is many hawker stalls available, bus station is just 2 min walk from hotel. It would be great if wi-fi service/ internet access in the hotel is available for free of charge. Most of the travellers would prefer this as searching of information during the trip is essential. |

The room and bathroom was very clean. For the price, there were toiletries, hair dryer and coffee-making facilities provided. The room had a large probably 32-inch flat screen tv and even an area for luggage storage. Perhaps the rules about the use of internet can be reviewed to be more flexible. Purchase of a 30 min slot is for a one time use even if usage is much lesser than 30mins. |

Cleanliness of hotel and room service was good. Getting food and drinks of all kinds was cheap and easy in the locality. Location was quite bad and unclean surrounding. Doesnt give a good feel of Singapore for a first timer. MTR station is a 10 minute walk so getting into places not an issue. |

i love the staffs, they are all accomodating. but the hotel lacks staff to help the customer with their luggage. plus, the room wasnt clean enough. while i was looking for my stuff, i looked under my bed and i couldnt believe that i slept in the room with that kind of condition. a bottle of bottled water, so dusty and a lotta hair strand. they should clean it thoroughly. i dont think, lack of staff is a good excuse for this matter. |

We were glad to see that the housekeeper not only changed the sheets but he also fixed our things, slippers etc. Good Job! And I felt like I'm speaking with a Filipino because we understand each other (receptionist) clearly. And the female receptionist is really friendly and accomodating. |
