We can open the windows, the breakfast, the cozyness and feeling of warmth from the teak wood furniture and floor, the outlook of the building and the location. I made a single local phone call from my room , again to check about my visa and your staff didn't charge me, very kind. No cozy bar to have a last drink in the evening. |

Staff were very willing to help - for example, due to jetlag, my 2 year old daughter and I slept in and didn't get to breakfast til 10.25am which was really too late but they happlily cooked our breakfast with a smile. Rooms were very basic in terms of decor but I guess this does not really affect the quality of the stay as such. Perhaps hotel in need of an upgrade or few improvements... |

The staffs there are excellent ! very nice and friendly ! The impression is something too old ! the carpet in the lift is dirty and old ! |

Close proximity to Orchard Road, local supermarket and interesting choice of nearby eateries. Enjoyed character of hotel. |

Die zentrale Lage. Die Außenfassade. Die Bestellung des Frühstücks, war immer eine Abenteuer. Man weiß nie, was einem dann serviert wird. Auch ansonsten läßt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Es kommt niemand auf die Idee beispielsweise die Eingangstür aufzuhalten, wenn man mit seinem Gepäck rein will. Kann sein, dass die Schüler nicht beigebracht bekommen hilfbereit und aufmerksam zu sein. |

静かな場所で、Orchardにも近いので便利です。 隣室の話し声、足音、椅子を動かしたときの床のガタガタ音が響かないような対策を望みます。 バスタブの蛇口からシャワーに切替えるレバーのパッキングが外れていたので、シャワーが使いにくかったです。（運良く自分で修理できましたが...）。 |
