the hotel set up is stylish and has a rainforest feel to it, you are able to relax and shut away from the outside world. but once you step out to the road which is 20m away you get your beach and all the activities. only had breakfast, the food can be better. and the pool towels, only managed to get 1 out of 3 times when we were at the pool |

The pool - The location within Sentosa, although Sentosa is not such a good location, a little isolated -The room was poorly decorated and humid -Some of the staff at the reception were rude and careless -The breakfast buffet is poor: the eggs were terrible, the variety was poor, the display was not nice - They gave us a feedback form where we wrote all of this and they didnt come back to us to apologize nor ask for further comments |

Carbon clean hotel, swimming pool was using fresh mineral water as told by staff, green friendly. Difficult to find location and staff give wrong information and waited a long time to send luggage to our room. Front staff lack professionalism. |

Convenience location. Restaurant was not finished. Breakfast was serve in small cafe and was very crowded. No service during breakfast all. Hotel reception invoice wrong room rate upon check out. Then I present my confirmation letter with the correct rate. One day later hotel called to request confirmation letter again because they forgot to charge VAT and Tax. No apologize from hotel for this unprofessional service |

Location and staff were excellent as was the layout and the rooms. A great weekend and wonderful experience - recommended to anyone with young children, The food and beverage outlets were poor and relatively over-priced - however there are plenty of other outlets within a short distance of the hotel - so this is not a real issue rather a comment. |

Excellent situation and setting. The rooms on levels one to three all had damp problems despite the newness of the hotel. This caused pungent odour and discomfort and we tried rooms on all three floors before resigning to accepting the first one offered. I believe fromt the staff this is not the case for higher floors. |

The landscaping was beautiful. Staff were polite and helpful. It was nicely located, with nice beaches and attractions nearby (eg. underwater world, the luge and songs of the sea). The "head banging" music from the cafe across the road. |
