Good location, in front of the beach.
Very bad service, staff not willing to help when you need, price very high for the service you have. Bad shower.
The location was fantastic.
The hotel rooms are small and need maintenance and some deep cleaning.
I like the location and my view is facing the beach
The toilet.it is quite small and the toilet bowl there is no pipe especially when we are doing big business and all our motion drops at the shower
Stain on bed sheet.
The pool and amenities around the hotel
The pool is gorgeous! Very eco friendly environment.
Breakfast buffet was limited. Front Desk service was slow.
Swimming pool. .
The room is cosy. Bathroom is clean, bed is clean and comfy. The surrounding is very serene and green. I love the bushes around and hotel . The hotel food is nice and Swimming pool is breath takingly beautiful. Best of all, you can just walk across to stroll along the Siloso beach. Oh yes breakfast is great too.
No wifi in the room is the setback. We need to go to the Cafe to enjoy the wifi facility.
The serenity of the environment.
Alot of ants in my room
The room was extremely small & dirty, the staff were rude and didn't help even when I was on crutches - Way overpriced. Very disappointed.. Will never go back here.
Pool area Location Beer offer in the cafe
Rude staff on reception Breakfast chaos Bathrooms at cafe unclean
Swimming pool and nice environment
Dirty and itchy bed, kettle not really working, floor is too wet
Locatiin was gd and also the pool is great!!!
I like the rustic serene feeling, the greeneries ... the swimming pool with the natural spring water. It is very refreshing for one to get away from the busy city life.
There were ants on the desk/pantry area in Room 609. A bit concern that it gets into our luggages etc. Other than this, we like the hotel.
The facilities need renovation!
Fantastic place, great people, we had beach front connecting rooms, my husband and I in one and my daughter and her friend in the other. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard, staff were beyond helpful, would highly recommend to anyone for location, service, quality and value for money!
Out of the way from city
I like that the hotel is into the Organic Project. I recommend guests to visit the Womery, the organic garden on roof top and to understand the chain system involved within this Eco-hotel.
The reception staff aren't friendly and provided poor service. It did not make us feel welcome at all.
The overall experience is OK. I don't have much to said cause we will there for only 2nights. We didn't use any of the facilities. Most of the time we will outside. We book 3 rooms which cause us about S$1000 which it was alittle lesser
I paid S$400+ for a deluxe room but the environment is like staying in a chalet with dirty bath towel, no shower gel etc. Even the breakfast buffet items are limited and of low quality. Probably staying in a 3 star hotel will be cheaper and more up to standard.
The ECO concept, relax and serene environment, friendly & helpful staff, spring water pool with slides and tyres, squirrels and monitor lizard, trams, beach, restaurants and actitivies at close proximity.
The breakfast menu can be offered with more varieties at a four and a half star rated beach resort hotel.
Rooms were clean and tidy and the pool was nice
The beds were as hard as concrete very uncomfortable
I called to the Spa to book a massage (as per the big advertisement in their dining area) and the number kept ringing out. I then spoke to reception and they told me the spa had been closed for several months. Maybe they should take the advertisement off because it's misleading. Room service was ok. I had to call up to ask them to refill the soap.
the place is a bit run down.
Nice location, very near the amenities of Sentosa resort, food was excellent.
