Excellent facilities for a do-it-yourselfer as in adequately furnished Kitchen with Oven, Cooker, mw, Kettle, Toaster, sink etc, tv with good range of channles, dvd, Radio, well appointed, pay-as-you-go laundry, beautiful roof-top pool. I enjoyed all of that but if you're looking for room service and so-on, you'll need to go elsewhere! The staff are friendly and very effficient. I would recommend this hotel especially for long-termers and if self-catering is your major requirement.

The mrt construction is noisy and disruptive to hotel access but it's not unbearable. Pity that the barbecue facilities aren't there as advertised.

I stayed on a trip with my husband and two young boys. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was beautiful. Air conditioning was amazing, as was the 2 bathrooms. The rooftop pool and separate kids play area was amazing and the kids loved it. Breakfast included was adequate and just right for us. I loved everything about the room, facilities and staff.

The only thing that was hard for us (and it's not their fault) was the building works going on right outside the hotel. They are building a new MRT rail station, due to be completed in 2017 and the noise is very hard to avoid, especially like us with a room facing the machinery!!! But I was already aware of this through research on the Internet so knew that it stopped each night around 8pm so was willing to risk it as we would be out most of the day!!

The location is near shopping and mrt, the 2br have spacious place, clean and good for family, we stay with my mums and kids and they love it, overall is good

Now, not the best timing to stay there because of the closing of the road of bencoolen because of their building an mrt on that road, so impact of the noise of the constructions a bit annoying, and also we cannot find the lobby or the entrance because of the road close, we just drop in the parking lot and dunno where to go cause no body also in the parking from the hotel or direction/ information about the way to the lobby for check in. But for the rooms and the facility is great, only the noise from the contructions and the road close is a bit annoying. After or when the mrt contruction finish we definitally will come back and stay there.

Good accommodation for family but there is a big construction in front of the hotel and it won't stop until 10pm everyday including weekend (for the next two years). Staff are very helpful and ready to help with your inquiries. Will stay there again for sure!

Laundry tokens are too expensive!!!

the hotel is very children friendly and the staff are very accommodating. i feel very comfortable staying there. and the fact that they provide complimentary breakfast was very helpful as not many hotels in singapore include in breakfast in the package.

The construction is quite disturbing (unfortunately, it's something you cannot avoid). And perhaps more variety meals for breakfast with halal certified.

Locationwise - easy access to MRT stations - in walking distance

Nice and comfortable.

Would prefer late check out or at least a room for small rate, where it was possible to take bath and change. If you have a late flight from Singapore.

Good size rooms for family of 4. Good location close to trains. Breakfest was fine.

The size of the bedrooms quiet big and so comfortable. And access to the location almost the best within the area. Very nice receptions and easy to understand.

Only the breakfast, need more variations.

Gostei imenso do apetrechamento da cozinha, das roupas de cama e da piscina.

Não gostei dos pequenos-almoços. Eram muito fracos em termos de ementa e nutrição. E da falta de televisor no 2.° quarto. Notem que reservei aparthotel com 2 quartos.

Lo unico bueno es que deje olvidada una tarjeta de credito y me avisaron por mail

No vayan 1) al llegar llovia, estando aun mojadas y con las valijas en mano el hombre del front desk exigio el pago efectivo sin haber mostrado la habitacion 2)exactamente en la puerta estan construyendo una estacion de trenes que toma toda la calle y las manzanas aledañas, el ruido y la incomodidad es insoportable 3)No entregan Nada, ni gorra de baño, ni costurero, ni peine...NADA. Pagamos 390 dolares diarios y fue muy malo.
