Extremely late arrival - no problems. Beautifully comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and courteous arangements for later checkout. Spacious accommodation, perfect for family or group; excellent value. Some interior finishes were a little tired but to be expected for price. |

The location next to Clarke Quay was fantastic A bedroom smelt bad, the hot water in the showers did not work, the walls, doors and tiles were run down, the toilets did not flush properly. The apartment was in poor condition. |

Major renovation works were being performed during the day and we were not advised of this in advance; the hotel should have been shut for these works. I would not travel with the Ascott Group again |

The location is wonderfull, half of the building faces the singapore river where you have all sorts of bars, restos, shops, places to meet friends.The other half faces Fort Canning Park where it is green, quiet and suitable for walks and jogs. Yes, there was a scent of "oldness" in the rooms. |

Hotel was in a great location for restaurants and shopping, excellent space in two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Also renovation is underway which will see rooms be refurbished. |

Being with the family i liked having the space to move around from one room to another instead of being confined one room being the bedroom like other hotels. Having had two bathrooms was also a big plus, along with the kitchen. Would definitely stay again and again. Thank you somerset Breakfast was too minimal. It could expand a little on the choice and variety. But its really not a necessity with this type of accommodation. |

It was central to everywhere and we could take the bus, metro, etc. which was very convenient. Also, It was located in a nice mall where we could buy things when needed. clarke Quay was just nearby and quite an adventure for my first timer sister. Just that the aircon in the living room was not working and it was very hot staying there when we got in. |

Great apprtment on top of an (japanese oriented so expensive) schopping center. Good location near the quais. breakfast was adequate, ut not extensive. Good enough start of the day though. |

We went for a business project. This was good value and equivalent to a 3.5 to 4 star hotel with breakfast and internet included. It is also near to eateries , on the doorstep of a bustling viaduct and 10 minutes to everywhere.Cooking facilities ect is a big bonus if you wnat to cook up a storm. Also we had suppliers come into the apartment for meetings which worked out extremely well. Met most of our expectations for mid to high end travel |

Great location, very friendly staff and amazing swimming pool. The room is very spacious and well equiped. They even have a washing/drying machine! Breakfast is poor. Not many choices. |
