Excellent location and accommodation

Breakfast room too small and the selection could be better. Noisy aircon compressors near the master bedroom.

The room had a strong musty smell. I complaint and the problem was instantly 'remedied' with an aromatic oil burner.One aircon was leaking and pumped out only damp warm air and dripped onto my laptop bag. Breakfast was of poorest quality, area was tiny with tiny tables and there was no chance to get a vacant table. It was all self service. I did without breakfast. No cleaning on Sunday. Pots/pans where not useable and not single meal size. Place was noisy, facing Orchard Rd. There was a giant TV screen across the road which flickered all day and most of the night. Curtains didn't close fully.

great hotel, very close to orchard rd, plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. hotel staff very helpful, free internet in reception. breakfast ok. rooms very big, lots of tv channels.

I like the front desk girl, she is very smiling & very accommodating. I are planning to be back in Singapore by next year with our 3 boys and we are planning to stay back in your hotel, because it is so spacious to stay with kids.Thank you very much for attending us and a happy stay in your hotel.

The Breakfast area was very small compared to the number of people staying. One had to wait, to have Breakfast. Also the spread was limited and refilling was neglected. The room was wonderful with all facilities. Perfect place for a family holiday. Will repeat with children

I like having the extra space of a living, dining room and kitchen in preference to just having a room.

The rooms are bigger than the average Singapore hotels in its price category as it is an apartment hotel.

the apartment was roomy, kitchen well equiped, comfortable bed and armchairs, good view of street from window,

this is not a hotel it is a collection of apartments, services non existent, during the four days we stayed in an apartment the apartment was never cleaned/tidied, linen or towels never changed, my wife had to track down a staff member and ask for clean towels/toilet rolls/tissues, any questions asked of reception desk were responded too with [look we are very busy, give us a minute] that minute at least half an hour before a sensible response forthcoming if at all. The [lady] at reception always reponded at the top of her voice, aggresive attitude. The breakfast room was tiny and incapable of serving the number awaiting breakfast, the breakfast tables were also tiny [no more than 700mm in diameter] no more than two people could use them.

Good location, clean and secure apartment with exelent access to swimming pool and gym. Free and fast internet access.

Buffet breakfast very boring and if you come after 9 am little of food left for you.

Comfortable studio apartment with plenty of dining space. Friendly, efficient staff, adequate breakfast, pool, gym and kids playroom. Can recommend for families.

We were quite satisfied with all services.
