En principio su ubicación en un lugar donde tienes de todo tanto para comprar como así tambien muchos y variados restaurant, y el espacio de las habitaciones. El comedor del desayuno es muy chico y siempre tienes que esperar para desayunar además de ser incomodo, la recepciión tambien es demasiado pequeña para este hotel . |

Excellent location, 2 min to MRT Somerset station, surrounded by Department stores and new + old shopping complex, spacious 2 bed-room apartments which fits family daily needs with full-equipped kitchen, washing machine, toaster, etc. Actually, reasonable price in terms of size and location comparing to others in Singapore breakfast "room" too small, always queue up, very very limited choices and average-to-poor quality; staff looks responsive and helpful to requests and questions but later found that around half answers were incorrect and some requests were responded but nothing done; room cleaniness a bit under average, floor not well swiped. Anyway, tune your expecation to a residential apartment, don't imagine "hotel", then you'll feel better. |

Aspects that I liked about my stay was the location, free access to internet services and the spaciousness of the apartment. The rooms are old and the floors in the rooms were not levelled. The rooms and lift areas are in need of renovation. The photographs on the internet did not accurately reflect the state of the rooms. |

I was there with the family and book 3 rooms, hotel is located in a center of the city (Orchard) where it is so easy for shopping and move around via buses, MTR, etc. Also plan ground room for the kid as well, so they all like it. Very good for family trip, room also much bigger than average with kitchen which is convenient, but I did not use it anyway. Always go out shopping and eat out side. Breakfast is quite limited in term of no. of table, food/drink, etc. Would be nice to have a bigger room and more food for the breakfast. You got to be there early to ensure all food still there, if you late ie., after 9am almost running out of food, but they also try to fill in more food, but again you have to wait, right ?? Also hotel should add extra pillow since my pillow in the room is so flat and I would preferred to have extra pillow for better sleep. |

location The room had a strong musty smell. I complaint and the problem was instantly 'remedied' with an aromatic oil burner.One aircon was leaking and pumped out only damp warm air and dripped onto my laptop bag. Breakfast was of poorest quality, area was tiny with tiny tables and there was no chance to get a vacant table. It was all self service. I did without breakfast. No cleaning on Sunday. Pots/pans where not useable and not single meal size. Place was noisy, facing Orchard Rd. There was a giant TV screen across the road which flickered all day and most of the night. Curtains didn't close fully. |

The hotel is well situated about mid-way along Orchard Road. The Somerset Underground Train Station is nearby, so transport from the Airport is very convenient. The rooms are large and comfortable. The only problem we had was initially locating the hotel. Whi8le we had the street number, very few businesses on Orchard Road actually show their street number. The hotel is located in a side street and the entrance is not readily seen from Orchard Road. |

I like the front desk girl, she is very smiling & very accommodating. I are planning to be back in Singapore by next year with our 3 boys and we are planning to stay back in your hotel, because it is so spacious to stay with kids.Thank you very much for attending us and a happy stay in your hotel. |

The hotel's central location is very good. This is an aparthotel which akso has a small microwave and coffeee making facility. Guests can also use the availability of a Gym. |

The Breakfast area was very small compared to the number of people staying. One had to wait, to have Breakfast. Also the spread was limited and refilling was neglected. The room was wonderful with all facilities. Perfect place for a family holiday. Will repeat with children |
