Decent room, good privacy especially if you are a business traveller and do not want to be disturbed. Clean rooms and bathrooms equipped with even toothbrush and paste, comb comes quite handy sometimes. Though hotel is not right in midst of the redlight area, I was a bit embarrassed when walking along the street to fetch food. |

Hotel Entrance - furniture nice - budget Yes very close to the red light district and much noise during the night within the hotel of door opening and closing every half an hour from 1am until 6am with the noisy elevator each occasion. |

staff were friendly, basic services were available in the room, cleanliness was satisfactory the bed was not very comfortable. i could smell smoke in the bed, would have thought that you separate smoking and non-smoking rooms. |

room has a window, nice seating place within the compound have breakfast as part of the room package. Its not about cost its about convenience. would be great too if triple sharing room be made available (as in individual bed) ... am a mother with 2 grown up sons in their early 20s ... would be fun to share room with purpose of bonding |

the room was cleaned and fresh sheets towels and accessories were given daily. staff was unobtrusive and helpful. the matress was very hard and uncomfortable... seemed very old and needs to be changed. the same goes for the blankets. and an extra sheet and pillow would be nice. by singapore standards maybe a little more attention to cleanliness would make a huge difference. |

The located is easy to locate from mrt station, 3 block away. Free WiFi is great there. The hotel is tidy and clean. Nice hotel staffs for asking information. |

The clean room, especially we the toilet is clean. Clean bed sheet, floor. Cleanliness is my number One choice. No bar soaps on the washing basin (tap water). No dust bin under the basin. |

i love the services the hotel has, we came to work and enjoy and we managed to do both, the swimming pool is it really nice, there is internet in the rooms (for free) the breakfast is quite ok, and the surroundings are really nice. |

The internet connection was good and suitable for business users. 1) Cigarette smell in the room 2) Staff not aware of hotel policy for early check-in 3) Air-cond making noise due to lack of maintenance |
