location of the hotel is perfect. i have stayed there many times before, so i know more or less what i will be getting. i booked a room above the 20/f with a single king size bed, but when i turned up, i was given a room on the 13th/f. and the room charge was a pricier than what i was expecting. |

I was charged two times of Singapore dollards 3032.- as the receiptionist told me I have not paid the bill when I reserved the room prior leaving Oslo. late they admit they made a mistake and will refund the sum to me directly to my Master Card but until to.-day I have not yet received the sum of refund. extreemly bad image for the hotel. |

The room was very spacious and with own coffee machine. Stunning view right down to the F1 track and the Singapore Flyer.The restaurants and food selection was absolutely fantastic. Best breakfast buffet I ever have seen. Best Hotel |

hotel views lifts and corridors were hot and bathrooms were not up to the mark, they had no wc wash hose. Hotel looks a little bit tired and needs a refresh |

Quick response to guest request. I had some proplem about internet connection. However, as soon as I asked for assitance, the hotel made quick repairment. |

Staff were not experienced enough to handle queries. There was no special arrangements for the honeymoon stay although i included it in the booking.com website. There is no complimentary carpark for stayers or guests. |

The location is good as it is near vicinity to many shopping centres. The chamber auntie who does our room is friendly and warm. The reception lady who does the checking in was not helpful at all, quite disappointed with this level of service standard in a 4/5 stars hotel. |

The bayview was fantastic, and it's convenience for dining and shopping. The hotel staffs were not friendly (not smiling, and as a guest, I don't feel welcomed at all) from my check-in at Front Office till my check-out. It's disappointing. |

I think that the bill was the same as I confirmed with the reservation information. But when I checked in, a staffe said whould you like a cheeper single room? Then I accepted the staff's offer. But the bill was not changed. I would like to confirm which was right, the reservation one or the offer from their reccomendation at my check-in. |

Everything was 5+ star - good staff, great food except ofcourse my room. Dirty carpet [it had an old toothpick lodged into it], smelly and unclean bathroom and in general - a lack of professional setup. |

I have been there a couple of times and the view on the harbour (make to book on this side of the hotel) is amazing at night, specially from top floors. The price of the breakfast ! prefer the food court at the bottom level of the mall into which the hotel is located. |
