Not much. Close to City Hall MRT. Location.

Cold rooms, middle of a construction site - awoken at 6am every morning by an angle grinder. Very unfriendly staff. Not important guest and very much treated that way. Check in and out takes way too long. Will not be returning.

The size of the bedroom and bathroom, the views and friendly professional, efficient staff.

The room was large. The Hotel has a shopping complex and is very comfortable for a location.

There are many things i did not like about the hotel. To start with, the hotel is too large and hence the service standards are well below par. The reception is always crowded and noisy. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the housekeeping was a big disappointment. The evening turn down service was never done properly and it was just a namesake. Linens were from Frette, but torn, not crisp and no proper ironing. Lighting and room decor are at least a decade old and the room needs serious refurbishments. The swimming pool was large, but dirty and always crowded with people. Overall I give it a 2/5. Its not a good idea to stay in this hotel for a long holiday. Singapore has splendid hotels for this price and considerations should be for Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin, Oriental, Shangrila etc for a little premium over the price I paid for this hotel.

Nice staff and excellent service. Restaurant Jaan on the top floor is really worth visiting!

Bath was shabby

Fast check-in/out. The staff. The view and room equipment (once I could change room).

The first room I was given offered poor view (31st floor at the corner, had to bend from the balcony to see anything) and poor equipment (did not feel in a 5 star hotel at all). I went to discuss with the concierge and was immediately offered another room, full harbor view on 54th... The experience was good from that moment, but it felt strange that I was not offered this room at first and had to complain (not hard).... Very surprising, thus my mixed feelings on this hotel.

We came here after a week in Bali where free wifi is everywhere. For such a hotel not offering free wifi is a disgrace

Helpful staff around the clock. Was granted access to Pool even after having checked out. Room size above average. Nice view from balcony.
