When we asked to change rooms, the staff was really nice about it and gave us another room which was much better.

the room we had the first night was extremely small and there was no air circulation. the air was damp and smelled, and we could not sleep.

Location was good if you like the Arab Street area (I do). 15 minute walk to 2 MRT stations on line to airport. Inventive repurposing of traditional row house. Attractive decor. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Well designed bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Price I paid included breakfast but no chef was on duty so the reception desk staff offered me 2 slices of watermelon and 2 microwaved packaged very small pancakes (size of piklets). Not what I was expecting. Needed to ask the reception desk for a powerboard so that I could plug in their desk lamp or my computer--insufficient power outlets even for their own equipment. Reading lamps over bed inaccessible behind bedhead--when I finally burrowed down to them, I discovered that neither worked.

It's not too far from sightseeing objects. First of all, it's only hundreds meter from bugis mrt station. You can go many places including garden by the bay, merlion park, harbourfront, IKEA easily. For moslem, masjid sultan is very close, you can pray there everyday. Just take a bus number 130 from busstop before masjid malabar to go to kitchener road and mustafa center.

The breakfast provided is not halal. Like other budget hotel, the room is quiet small and no window. Indonesian will call it "sumpek". When we were there, the credit card machine was broken. We receive the invoice only later when we're already back home.

i like the location as it is near to few halal restaurants. it is also near to the Bugis taxi stand for those who came in via Cab from Malaysia. not sure on the distance from the hotel to MRT because i travel around with cab.

The staff could not be more helpful, even after we had checked out.

Because the bed was made into King size by using two beds, there was very little room between the bed and the walls. What you gain with one you lose on the other.

This is my second stay at this hotel and im glad the menu has improved. The limited number of rooms nakes it difficult to plan a short vacation and the location is quite convenient.

The size of the pool is much to be desired but I guess with thr limited space available one cannot expect much

Cute little boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Great location close to Bugis and MRT, with bus stops nearby. Excellent value.

Hotel had a little wear and tear but it was not a problem because everything was clean.

the air inside was not the best. It always felt very humid and unbreathable. We kept the aircon on almost all night long so that we have some ' fresh air'. For breakfast there are 3 choices but they are not so good...

Conveniently located. Staff are really friendly. Facilities are good. Rooms are nicely and artistically designed. Wifi is stable and fast. Having to get back our luggage at the hotel after putting there for an extra day after checked out, we were offered to take a shower in their bathroom in view of the hot weather outside. Towels, shampoo, body wash, etc were all provided without changers.

The breakfast included is just a small portion, and comes in set but not buffet style.

Day shift staff was very nice in helping to resolve a booking mistake that I made. (Night shift staff wasn't helpful, though). Hotel's location is excellent and is walkable distance away from MRT station. One can find cheap, but delicious food at several nearby restaurants located opposite a mosque. 7-11 convenience store is also not too far away.

Soapdish looked a little dirty (they should replace it). Slightly un-nerved at the air conditioner leaking a little water when you turn it on, but it doesn't seem to pose a problem for the room's appliances and furnishings.

The service was excellent, we felt very welcomed in the hotel. The food at the hotel's Peranakan restaurant is pretty satisfactory too. The location is good as it's in between Lavender and Bugis. There's night life in the area too with Arab street within walking distance.

The location is very convenient, between the Lavender and Burgis station on the green line (a little closer to the Lavender station). The very long jacuzzi is a nice touch, together with decking, tables and chairs. A portion of it has a glass bottom with the diner area right underneath. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. Nice free standing bathtub, huge tv. The hotel staff are very friendly and helping. Nice complimentary water and tea/juice everyday. All in all a very nice and modern boutique hotel

Some little details if fixed could make this hotel perfect. The lighting in the room is very dim and the wall could do with a much much brighter colour. The bathtub is nice although the lack of a shower curtain makes water splashing on the floor unavoidable. The temperature in the diner area is near freezing. It was impossible to dial a local or international number from the room. The tv channels are very few. The elevator (although very spacious) is really slow.
