The Elizabeth Hotel by Far East Hospitality    

The staff on reception and house keeping we're very accommodating and pleasant. So a special thanks to all of them again. This for me is usually one of the deciding factors on which hotel I choose to stay. Also having a limo pick you up at the airport after your journey was good.

The hotels front main entrance doors are not automatic and there were no available staff to help open doors. Also, It would be really nice If poached eggs were included within the Bkf deals. Disappointed that I did not get the limo to take me back to the airport, however, they arranged a taxi instead!

Proximity to Orchard Road.

Staff was unfriendly and not particularly helpful. Don't expect too much. I would not stay here again.

Restaurant and the waiterest were very helpful and friendly

The room service was very bad - we had to call so many times to get our towels. The toiletories were far bad from a 3 start hotel.

Room Size

- close by to Orchard road..so good for shopping and public transport - Room Service and Cleaning Staff are very friendly - Reception is very efficient - Room was cleaned - Airport pick and drop off a good service - Had a very nice pool

- Room is a little small than expected, did not have enough room to keep bags when we travelled with more than one person. - Complementary Mini bar had a few fizzy drinks and Milo and Nestcafe can a day. So no real value

Furniture is a bit old.

The hotel room was very small and we had a box which was used as the air conditioner in the room. Not very good value for money as we did pay quite a bit for the room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. 5 min walk to Orchard Road.

Nice Room, Excellent staff could not do enough for us, they were fantastic. Good Free wifi.

Leaky shower tap that leaked hot water onto floor when shower in use. Dirty black marks on ceiling. Large stain on carpet.

Their receptionist was very friendly.especially miss grace ho...two thumbs for her.

There is no restaurant with halal label.it become difficult for me to eat at hotel.because im a moslem.n i've see there was a lot of moslem that stay @ that hotel.i think it will better if hotel also give a halal food for their moslem guest.thank you

Airport pick up was also mini tour guide, free mini bar, laundry and excellent internet speed, room comfort and size, excellent cleanliness,breakfast was superb but favourite was shower loved it so much, location was excellent for taxi and mrt, whole 5 day experience was well worth it, all the staff made it an excellent stay especially the girl on reception who has birthday on march 22, sorry forgot her name, but the extra touches she did made me and my wife very happy, thanks to all

If want to be picky had to take own bags to room as staff were busy, but as capable of moving a suitcase it hardly a problem

The location for City center was excellent , the staff friendly , knowledgeable and most helpful.Bedrooms quite , and bedding high quality and very clean. Overall Elizabeth Hotel experience exceeded our expectations .

Staff were excellent, general areas were good, good position. If you are in a re-furbished room they are nice.

If you are given an old style room I don't think they are very nice, or worth the money. It looks like the cleaners only clean the easy bits, not under or round. The hot items at breakfast were only luke warm.

The location and staff are great.

I found the hotel decor to be tired and in need of a face lift. For instance the carpeting in my room had many stains in it which made it look dirty. It really should be replaced. There are many hotel choices in Singapore so I most likely will not choose the Elizabeth Hotel again unless the interior has been upgraded.

The staff were very friendly, the room service was super fast and the menu is rich of all nice choices. The area of the hotel was really quite. They control the volume of the T.V so you can only make it loud enough for you to hear and not to disturb the rooms next to you. That makes sense to me, you dont want to try sleep with the noise of an action movie coming from the room next to you.

The room was small, the toilet has sliding doors that don't have a lock so there is no privacy.

Location is great and hotel provides a great deal of services and facilities

The staff misunderstood our request for transportation to the airport and called teh room at 3:00 am (we booked for 3:00 pm); The ac was not working properly and our room was very humid. Finally the breakfast buffet is not up to 4 star standard witgh poor quality products and little choices

This is a busy hotel, but the staff are all very efficient. We loved being upgraded to a suite because they were so busy with the Chinese New Year!
