Internet payant défaillant, le wifi est payant pour chaque appareil utilisé, piles usagées dans la télécommande de la télé ainsi que pour le coffre, climatisation non modulable, en réglant le thermostat à 30°c il fait toujours très froid dans la chambre

Close to Lucky Plaza where we could get good meals with reasonable prize

I guess your staffs is quite limited (in numbers) compare to total number of rooms you have.

the Elizabeth hotel's staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially lory and laarni. the hotel's prices are reasonable and an easy walk from orchard road. the location is also quiet, which we found to our liking. on our next visit to singapore, we plan to stay again at the Elizabeth hotel as we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, service in the restaurant and bars was efficient, after a bad start due to room air-con i was moved to another room which was excellent, all in all it was an enjoyable few days

location is perhaps a problem for the elderly

Good Hotel in the heart of Singapore but in a Quiet location.

Hotel Room very nice for stay

Nice hotel, comfortable; friendly and efficient staff at the desk. Good breakfast. Free fast internet and late checkout were very convenient.

There is sometimes a queue for breakfast. The manners/attitude of the guy in charge of allocating tables (the one with all the jewellery) leaves something to be desired.

Very close to the Orchard road. and the whole package including breakfast and internet access is very valueable for us to stay. Breakfast is nice for us to select although there are not a lot choice for us, as we are vegetarians, but it is enough!!

The noisy sound from the air-condition fan is quite a big troublesome! It would be better to fix it in case some sensitive guests stay there! Not sure where the noise from ?

Feels like home

Due to a misunderstanding I was booked a day too early. When I arrived 'a day later', I was initially told that I was booked for yesterday and they kept a room for me free all day. After talking to staff and management, they agreed to only charge me for the day I actually stayed. A very nice gesture and top-quality service. That type of service makes me come back. It also has a perfect location 3 minuteswalk from the best point in Orchard road. Good clean rooms and very friendly personnel. I would definately recommend any business or family to stay and guarantee a very enjoyable stay in this hotel Jules Nijst

The buffet breakfast was great. The pool was lovely. The laundry mat was very conveniently on my floor. I enjoyed getting a little exercise by walking everywhere I needed to go.

The entire carpet in my room was filthy. You need to have the carpets cleaned and the maids never vacuum behind to door. I would recommend the Elizabeth depending on the person and what they were looking for. I do not like to be bothered on my computer by booking companies. If I wish to use them again I can look them up myself.

I stayed in an executive room and it had a very modern and new decor. Very comfortable bed and large TV.
