location, very quiet also. i got an interconnecting room but stayed only in one side, in another some 'busy' business man was staying and screaming every day and morning on the phone ...was enoying as doors didn't block the sound.. |

The room was nice & clean...great value for the service and proximity to Orchard Road. If you have to walk to this hotel, it is an uphill walk and can be overwhelming for some. |

The staff were pleasant The hotel need total revamp. The lobby was quite uninviting, rooms were dark/old and there was about an inch of mold on the window seal outside. There is a hugh construction going on next to it. We checked out on the second day as I feel the air is unhealthy and my daughter was getting sick. |

easy accesability to shopping malls and medical centres and also the friendly counter staff. the outer part of the hotel windows are full of green moss and they should be cleaned. It really looks disgusting. |

Honestly, there was nothing l really like about this hotel except the location as it was convenient for me and my partners to access to our other meeting places as it's situated in the city area. I thought I've booked an executive room but when I enter the room, it just seemed to me like it's a regular hotel room and there's really nothing special about it. The staff response was slow too. |

The staff at the hotel were exceptional! They were always willing to help. However in the hotel room the supplies were minimal.. no room slippers, no lotion in the bathroom.. only 1 toothbrush.. |

Very nice hotel in a quiet area, but close enough to the shopping district. Room service ends at midnight. If you come late from an oversees flight there is no food available |

Okey but miss leading I tought tha the hotel eathe centre of the shoping area. look like very far from the bussy street. I need to work down quite a distance to look for food. For a bit from eating outlet. |

Pretty much what to expect of a 3 star hotel. Price was reasonable, location excellent (near Orchard rd) and most of the staff were friendly. The gym facilities was pretty poor, might as well have none. Safe in the room was not working. Old bathroom, no supply of toothbrush/toothpaste. Price of room does not come with breakfast. |

near of shopping area the service is poor. hotel tried to charge me for extra bed that i never use it. the hotel bills corrected after i raised complains. |

the facilities provided by the hotel. since we stay atthe first room(10th floor), we always heard the sound of elevator/water flow of the pipe nearly every five minutes which is really irritating. |

Hotel staff were very friendly, facilites were new and in good conditions, internet access is excellent. Many compliments provided and in general, the location is near to the famous orchard road. Breakfast should be improved. |
