Close to everything, excellent service, well appointed room.

Service was impeccable. facilities were top notch.

It was splendid gorgeous facilities. The view of the marinabay from the key room was the best.

There was the point where the room was not clean. The sound of the air-conditioner was too loud.

The staff at the Straits Club lounge were outstanding.

Attention to detail was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect. We loved the pool and the gym. A great place to stay.

It was very well restored from the old GPO. Great architectural. It's very posh and elegant.

Car park was not well located as it is separated from the Fullerton hotel. It's not convenient getting to the hotel especially with young children.

We were able to use the facilities at the Fullerton Bay Hotel.

The hairdryer in the room and the cost of alcohol.

Fantastic Location, and the hotel has all the charms of a classical style luxury hotel. The staff are exception and make you feel welcome and important. The hotel amenities are fantastic

The room had a stale odour to it as we could not open the windows due to our room location. The carpets in the room were starting to look and feel worn and contribute to the stale air.

Everything: great location, splendid historic building, luxury rooms and facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Marina Bay room was a bit noisy - the other side would be quieter.

The room we had originally was quite nice apart from the noise as stated in - 'what didn't you like' but the room we were moved to was excellent. We really appreciated being moved away to a more peaceful location which was actually an upgrade. Many thanks for accommodating our request to be moved and for the upgrade.

We were allocated a room opposite a Wedding Reception and the Kitchen which was incredibly noisy After complaining we did not receive an immediate response but once the staff responded they dealt with the matter in an excellent manner.

In summary this hotel was a pleasure to stay at

Outstanding service and accomodations in an historic structure that has been beautifully rebuilt as a 5 star hotel. Great location in the heart of Singapore.

Comfortable

We enjoyed Fullerton hotel. It's a place where you feel special. There's also a feeling of old world charm of Singapore. We love it so much. What made it more special is they brought a cake for my husband on his birthday. The place is always impeccably clean. Bed always nice and made up whenever you come back to your room. Thank you Fullerton hotel for your hospitality.

Ala carte breakfast is the only disappointment and coffee is not good either.

Everything about the Fullerton was exactly as we had hoped for; outstanding service; wonderful facilities; and an experienced that could hardly be bettered.
