I sent a message to the hotel prior to my arrival about our 10th anniversary and they surprised me with upgrade as well as Cale and fruit arrangment in the room , I also found a congratulating letter signed by the head of hotel departments which was very touching ...

The excellent staff (especially Victoria in Guest Relations and Ganga the Duty Manager). The rooms are quite superb, their design and fitout were impeccable. Breakfast was very good. The Pool and Gym were terrific. 10 out of 10 in all areas.

The staff is helpful and really wonderful. The location is great ! On arrival in the late evening one of the bed reading lights was not working, they sent an engineer to fix it right away !!! This hotel is so big and still the staff manages to make you feel special.

The friendly and efficient staff who made every effort to make our stay pleasurable. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse range of fine fayre. The view over the water was spectacular even after sunset. The location whilst not on any major thoroughfare was close enough to the transit system not to be inconvenienced by transport. Leaving.

I have stayed at this hotel for a number of times since its opening in 1997. Even though many competitive hotels mushroomed in Singapore since that time, I still take the Ritz Carlton Millenium as my top choice--for its location, spacious rooms with a variety of amenities, nicely- designed gym and swimming pool. Probably applicable to all other hotels in Singapore, I've found the hotel staff somewhat arrogant,unfriendly and unknowledgeable about its vicinity. Whenever I ask its concierge about some helps, they would never come up with a great answer.

Staff courtesy and friendliness at lobby, coffeehouse & Chinese restaurant were excellent. Room service was perfect. Coffeehouse buffets were overpriced !!! Breakfast 50+, Lunch 60+ & Dinner 90+ For the varieties of food available, my suggestion is : Breakfast should be 40 to 40+ (at this rate, Ritz Carlton staff need not persuade people to eat breakfast at the ground floor lift area !) I was very surprise that hotel staff approached me for breakfast! Dinner at 90+ was high as there are many options nearby. Dinner at 70+ looks reasonable.

All good but not at all Value for Money. I spend about 50-100 nights in Singapore a year and love to stay in a Suite as I do a lot of Business Meetings within the Hotel / Suite. Was most disappointed to note that the exhorbitant rates did not even include Club Lounge facilities while the Club Room rates were lower than what I paid (sgd 650 + Taxes).

Hotel Marina Bay Sands appears like a fish market .... this was a pure luxury , classy stay if you can indulge in extravagance ! Birthday cake for my son was arranged , truly a memorable highlight of our visit to Singapore for New years eve 2012. Stayed 2 nights 31st. and 1st.

The room is clean and the view is perfect. I book in Christmas eve and I waited for 1hr 15 minutes before I can check in my room. The hotel staffs all give the same excuses say that is the festive season and the last customer check out quite late. However, the hotel staff can be more pro active by offer to keep my luggage rather than I have to carry it and walk around while waiting. The director of the front desk didnt even make any initiative to offer. Was very unhappy about it.

The ritz club at the 32nd floor dinesh the concierge was excetinally good & the ritz club manager was excellent I was at lounge bar at the lobby level in which I ordered a fresh lime soda and it had a living fly swimming in it which I showed it to one of the employee & left my drink but she still charged me for it. its a small thing though ritz club staff is excellent.

the service and attentiveness of the staff the moment i went down from my cab and until i took a cab to the airport on the way home. perfect service, can't ask for anything more. it's just a bit off from the mall and convention site, no connecting passage, though it's just a short cab ride to everything. i don't like walking in tropical weather. i've had more than enough sun and heat in manila.
