Everything; specially club privileges. Attentive and very professional stuff. Our room was superb with great view and well maintained. Afternoon tea has been served cold but this was very trivial matter with all the very good food served there all day long.

everything! have stayed here before 14 years ago and a second visit did not disappoint! excellent service. it was a little overpriced as comparable hotels were less expensive for the same dates.

The services from all the staffs were great. All of them are so willing to help, being helpful and friendly, knows customer value. The bathtub in the premium room was like leaking some brown and dirty water out from the spaces on the mosaics.

Food is very nice. I have booked for 3 rooms facing to the Marina Bay view. The room numbers are 0402, 0426 & 2018. When I checked out with my friend and I asked them the view and I noticed that my friend room number 2018 was not facing to the Marine bay view. I didn't realise that but we have checked out. I have booked and made the Marina bay view payment and not the city view payment. I was very angry because what I booked for 3 rooms are facing to the Marine Bay view and my friend room was not facing to the Marina Bay view. The view is really beautiful. I am very dissapointed about that. Payment has been made for the Marina Bay view but what my friend has is city view. Very very dissapointed.

First-class service, from checking in to checking out, the staff was there to engage while we were queueing. Staff was also quick to opened up new counters when the checkout queue was getting long. Generally we were greeted by warm smiles and pleasant greetings by the staff during our stay, even the uncle that holds the door to Marina centre wished us Merry Xmas or Good morning. The view from the suite was stunning and the amenities were nice and luxurious. The lack of free wi-fi was the only set back to this first class hotel. Must seriously consider offering free wi-fi in the near future.
