The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore  

I sent a message to the hotel prior to my arrival about our 10th anniversary and they surprised me with upgrade as well as Cale and fruit arrangment in the room , I also found a congratulating letter signed by the head of hotel departments which was very touching ...

Views were fantastic. Staff were exceptional, particularly with respect to our 2 year old daughter. Hotel room was well equipped.

A little limited in choice of restaurants, but there's loads of others in nearby shopping mall.

I am loyal to the Ritz hotels but regrettably every time we check-in to the hotel,they treat me as a new customer. They even do not accept Ritz hotels bonus memberships. Internet is not free. If any better alternative is found, I shall never stay in Ritz Carlton hotel chain.

All good but not at all Value for Money. I spend about 50-100 nights in Singapore a year and love to stay in a Suite as I do a lot of Business Meetings within the Hotel / Suite. Was most disappointed to note that the exhorbitant rates did not even include Club Lounge facilities while the Club Room rates were lower than what I paid (sgd 650 + Taxes).

Spectacular ! Just one word describes it best . Was with elderly parents & my minor son age 10 , very well looked after right from a swift check in. Booked a Premier suite & were upgraded to a higher floor (29th. on request by Ms.Janelene Wong) plus a corner suite . NYE fireworks were amazing from our room across the Marina bay. Hotel Marina Bay Sands appears like a fish market .... this was a pure luxury , classy stay if you can indulge in extravagance ! Birthday cake for my son was arranged , truly a memorable highlight of our visit to Singapore for New years eve 2012. Stayed 2 nights 31st. and 1st.

The room is clean and the view is perfect.

I book in Christmas eve and I waited for 1hr 15 minutes before I can check in my room. The hotel staffs all give the same excuses say that is the festive season and the last customer check out quite late. However, the hotel staff can be more pro active by offer to keep my luggage rather than I have to carry it and walk around while waiting. The director of the front desk didnt even make any initiative to offer. Was very unhappy about it.

The service and environmant were superb. The staff werealways very friendly and extremely helpful. It is conveniently located.

Great hotel with great staff. Nothing to complain. Perfect location very close to the public transportation to go to city center.

The location, facilities, staff, everythings

Great experience thanks to booking.com. Got an excellent flawless high floor room with the best bed and bathrobes ever. Breakfast on club floor was quiet and sumptuous. Awesome little details make the difference: ziplock bags in the bathroom for in flight liquids, great turndown chocolates, very nice toiletries.

A bit too many businessmen in suits because of a giant conference going on. Could hear the flushing sound fromother room which is unacceptable at this room rate. Poolside not too interesting.

The friendly and efficient staff who made every effort to make our stay pleasurable. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse range of fine fayre. The view over the water was spectacular even after sunset. The location whilst not on any major thoroughfare was close enough to the transit system not to be inconvenienced by transport.
