We like the real friendly service there and the great view out of the room. Breakfast must be overworked. Many guests but not enough table, standing in a queue to get breakfast is not acceptable. |

We enjoyed our stay. The service level of the staff was first class and the food was great. For these reason alone, would guarantee a return stay. Not many grouches i could think of, except the dated fittings in the deluxe room. The gap is widening as competing hotels have gotten ahead. Energy saving and green efforts appear to get a little carried away and that robs ultimate feel of luxury. Green implementation and concepts works for homes and treehuggers, but not for majority of people on holiday. |

i liked the view of marina bay.the view is mind blowing.its amazing. yes. i had taken a marina bay view deluxe room along with breakfast.while booking it dint say american.we were pure veg indians.i had to force them for giving indian veg breakfast.and one more thing i had paid premium amount for 2 rooms then also i was denied club access. |

the room size, the view of Kallang basin, next to shopping complex, size of the bathroom remote control of the tv. First it was not working properly but was promptly repair by the engineering staff. The problem seems to be a loose connection at the back of the tv. When I lie on the bed the response of the remote is very poor, as if it is out of range from the tv receiver. A lot of times it takes a few press before the tv respond. |
