Coffee machine and wifi
Front disk and reception very slow for check in we waited around 45 mins to make ready the room 15:30. The location far from the activities so your first day will be spoiled till you learn about the buses and timing. Overprice I'll not give it more than 3 - 4 star hotel max.
Loved the grounds very peaceful We were very relaxed and comfortable, everything you need in the one spot, staff and accommodation were fantastic. Santosa Island has so much to offer, loved the shuttle bus it made access to the city and exploring the Island very easy.

Check-in horrible person who checked us in should not be there.They ignored any special request, why have that option. Pool water way too hot. Everything, food drink way over priced. This hotel needs to be evaluated again more like a 3-3.5 star.

The grounds were beautiful. The food was good. The position made it accessible to beaches etc . Pool great .
It was a nice quiet place wherein my family could relax. I liked how they had shuttles to malls which made it so much easier especially travelling with a young child. The food was really good. Staff were mostly friendly.
The bathroom needs an upgrade. Sometimes staff did not replenish our amenities daily.
Service staff like phone op , Hse keeping, waiters need to improve n be friendly with us . Excellent service recovery was done by Manager Emily .
Phone operators never answered phone , Hse keeping staff clean rooms but never replenish coffee tea, toiletries .we hav to call for it . Encountered staff from room service who told me I don't cook .. As I made a special request . Was shocked with that remark ! Emily did d service recovery ! Otherwise it was disappointing. But concierge staff were very pleasant !
This hotel is really family oriented. We liked the excellent breakfast buffet, and the peacocks! Rooms are spacious, well maintained and the staff is excellent! Right next to the golf course. Universal Studios is on Sentosa Island.
There were no wash cloths for body washing. Also the bar is only open until 11 pm. Its kinda far from the city, some buses are involved or a taxi from the city.

Our family were all satisfied during the stay at the hotel. However, some inconvenient points : The water of the basin did not drain out well. They only lended bikes, but did not notice the bike course. And the bike's bell had broken down. So I tumbled off a bicycle on the slope and I was injured and bled slightly. Later, while taking a walk, We knew that there was a safe bike track beside the beach.

My room hadn't been cleaned properly it's a three star resort at best,the pool area was filthy from the day before guests.the resort needs a renovation they can't charge 5 star prices for a 3 star resort disappointing

The double rooms were clean and lots of room. I liked the set up. Had dinner at the restaurant at that was very nice food.
The Hotel was away from major attractions on the island and no information was given about how to get around the island. The staff kept giving us wrong information about buses. No were did it tell us about beach trams as a way to get to our hotel. The breakfast was expensive and just o.k. Room was not cleaned fully everyday.
have'nt recieve my deposit money upon check in. The lady receptionist promised within 14 days but it didnt appear on my account and i called but still no response from them.
The service is bad. There was drilling work undergoing immediately above our room and the noise was terrible which was unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The staff did not offer help for my luggage and the shuttle bus driver moved the bus while we had just boarded the bus still standing carrying our 3-year old son. Also, when we arrived the hotel resturant for dinner at around 9:10 pm, we were told by the waiter that the buffet dinner would be served until 10:30 pm so we chose buffet dinner instead of a la carte but after we just got the appetizer, another senior staff told us that it was the last call and the buffet closed at 9:30pm. We told him that his colleague told us that it closed at 10:30 pm but he didn't offer any explanation to this but simply ignored us. Further, despite many reviews suggested the hotel extending the opening hours of the swimming pool, the hotel has not taken customers' suggestions and closed too early at 7:00 pm. We will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone we know.
I liked the environment very much.
A comb and shaver were provided only after request which I thought was somthing very basic for a hotel. The housekeeper asked me when she could tidy up the room that disturbed me a lot.

The peacocks at the restaurant, very annoying. Was told over the phone to room service that advertised price on menu would not have extra tax or charges, and then being charged 2 separate taxes both times I placed an order. Had I known, I would have only placed a single order, and avoided those additional charges. I complained over the phone. The price of very cheap Australian wine was incredibly high, and poor quality. Ten times the price it is in Australia!!
The decor in the rooms is a bit tired. I understand from the staff that the rooms are being renovated and the hotel will be rebranded. The property is beautiful and peaceful.
Great location, not too busy, lovely surroundings.
Our fourth visit to this hotel in as many years but standards have definitely slipped. Property looking tired and in need of major facelift. Room cleanliness was poor. Staff were hit and miss with some being very helpful whilst others were plainly uninterested.
