ease of check in, neat and tidy self contained room. Good price - convenient location to buses. Noise in corridor - footsteps, loud talking when other guests arrived and departed from their rooms. |

1. transportation info is up to date from the front desk 2. breakfast around hotel area is good 3. bus stop in front of hotel very convinient yes, when guest check in, there r very noisy. this must be warn to guest maturely otherwise it will disturb the rest of the guest inside the room |

If you are looking for a clean place to stay and if you are spending most of the day in the city, this hotel is a very good choice. Close to the Ton Tock Seng Hospital, and Business Area. Rather small shower area |

the housekeeper always cleaned our romm..and change our bedsheets and towels everyday.. the bathroom was small...the shower was directly pointed to the door thats why the floor was wet everytime somebody took a bath |

The street food and the fastest check out in my traveling life. The staff looks unfriendly and the room looks like we got inside of the movie "Marabunta", there were ants everywhere. Cigar smell and have a nice flat screen tv but with 5 channels to choose, no security everyone can get in like the hostels in Mongkok. |

It is a fairly new hotel close to transport links which gave us access to all of Singapore, also local shopping and hawkers stalls for taste of the real Singapore not just the expat tourist spots. Walls were a bit thin and the fire alarm was tested a number of times during our stay, also the shower was unique, no shower surround, the bathroom doubled as the shower cubicle. Different! |

Room is clean and staffs were helpful. Toilet was kinda small but I guess that is what u can expect from a budget hotel. The staffs especially at the reception were very helpful but need to learn to put a smile on their face. |

the cleanliness of the room and its convenience as it is very near novena square the flooring made the hotel very noisy. and the thin walls allowed a lot of noise to come in. there was a group of families staying near my room and every morning they made a lot of noise, waking me up at 7 to 8 in the morning, eventhough i would like to sleep longer |

The room is so clean.. And the bed is comfortable.. I stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Also the room has lcd and dvd player.. But we did't use the dvd player. Other guest said that they could hear people walk n chat, but my room is not in the middle of corridor, so the voice not so clear from my room.. So I recommendto choose the room which far from elevator. Besides the hotel, there is 24-7 market.. So it's very easy to get food. The room is quite small.. And also te bathroom.. But it's not a big problem for me because we don't spent much time in room.. For others, nothing to dislike.. I really like this hotel.. Really.. I would love to come back again to this hotel.. |

The rate is quite cheap, the car park fee SD10.00 per entry as long you never take your car out. For me, I never think about to pay extra fee once i park in Value Hotel, as i prefer to take cab to go any where i want, e.g from Mustafa Plaza to Hotel as cheap as SD3.80 only. Behind the hotel, is close to the city centre..if i would like to have another honeymoon trip, am surely booked for VH Belestier. The only thing i dont like about the hotel is, the room is not sound proof. You can hear people walking along the front yard, also can hear people chit chat either in between your room, or upper level. The management should look forward into this matter and am surely VH B will be next populer budget hotel in future. |

A better reputation budget hotel chain and the cleanliness of the room. Great location; convenient and pretty central. And a bonus point is walking distance to Whampoa Market No free Wi-Fi in the room. This facility is common in most of the hotels nowadays and I would like to suggest free access WiFi (in all rooms) implemented for this hotel. It will be definitely a great plus point! |
