Value Hotel Thomson

The attitude of the servants is very good. Although it's not near to the city, the location is okay. There has newtown food centre, big shopping mall and many 7-11 on the road to Novena MRT station.

Although the room is very clean, the seize of the room is too small; and the room has no use of the sound insulation, so you can hear the everything from the alley. And the toothbrush is too hard to make the teeth injured.

The toliet is so small, just barely turn around. Even in 8th floor, still very noisy & wall is thin also. We can hear the slam of door when door is open & close.

room is too small, and you simply can have no space to move around, no table, no chair, noisy room ( wall is too thin I guess, you can hear people around talking ), nothing hang your clothes, too small toilet/shower room

Istayed for 3 days and in that time, my room was cleaned only once :(

It does the job and you get what you pay for. It was no more or no less than I expected from the description. I would use it again.

I prefer an opening window, but at least there was a window.

Rooms quite small ; no room safe ( very big negative ! ) ; shower & toilet should really have some form of divsion eg. glass partition - you cannot use the toilet after the shower as it is completely wet.Lastly - no bedside light - you have to turn off at mains and stumble in dark to bed.

I really liked the pool area on the 7th floor and you'll find many restaurants around the corner from the hotel.

Hotel was clean, close to eating outlets and the staff helpful.

There isn't much room or space in the room and in the toilet/bathroom. There is no microwave as well. Gym is just a treadmill and bike.

rooms were clean although very small. value for your money. had an lcd tv and dvd player though.

toilet was really small. our room had no window nor space to keep our luggage.

Transfort infomation on the web site is so bad. It took 2 hours from the airport to this hotel, when I arrived in singapore. It takes about 1 hour of the actual distance. Transfort information must be described in detail.
