It is very well located and for this reason alone makes up for shortcomings when considering the price. 2F room with some enclosed outdoor space was appreciated. WiFi included made a difference, thanks. I found the room very small with no space to put luggage except on the bed and aircon over the bed meant I was either cold, or turned it off and was hot. Quite noisy too, I got to share in my neighbours nocturnal activities twice. |

It is a convenient place to stay for those who are just staying for a short time in Singapore. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. I discovered a strand of hair on the telephone receiver when I wanted to make a phone call. |

Good, clean room, although a little small, but adequate. Everything worked well: good air conditioning, good water pressure, adequate hot water for showers. Enjoyed the free internet access in lobby A liitle bit far from nearest mrt station. Strange entrance and tiny lobby, but adequate. Advertised price on internet should also reflect tax and service (same for all hotels ads in Singapore) |

The hotel is very close to the city, the area I would like to explore. Easy access to public transport and to food stalls. They put me in the handicapped/disabled room..! Room 212!! I just knew the room when I entered and It was too tired for me if I have to go down stair just to yell to the front desk staff. |

I like that its clean and near to alot of places, there's internet too. I asked for a taxi/cab and they gave me a limosine which I paid 35$ the receptionist should not choose what to give to the customer they should let the customer to have a choice,i will recommend this hotel but will give warnings about receptionist, specially not everyone can communicate in english well, and because the rooms are small I can hear other peoples noise from other room specially when they close or open doors and tv,but its acceptable because the rooms is clean and bed is comfortable. |

The rooms are small but clean and cozy. The location is good and near the city center. If you are on a tight budget and yet want to be in the city center, this is the one hotel you must go. The room has a refrigerator and tea/coffee is complimentary. The washroom is clean and good. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are not looking for something fancy. |

Great location, clean new rooms and great service. Recommended! Beds are way too hard for western travellers. |
