If you don't care about the number of stars but need a bit of comfort in a central location, you should definitely stay at Victoria. The double bed was two twin beds put together. I didn't care since I was alone but that could be quite uncomfortable for couples. |

I am there because of business purpose at the Suntec Convention, I can say that this hotel is very convenience for me and its walking distance to the place. Its also nearby to the shopping areas like Raffles City, Suntec Mall, Bugis Street and its also nearby to mrt station. Food its also easy to find by only walking distance. The room itself is comfortable and the toilet is very clean. For sure, i will stay in this hotel again in the future. The room is quite small and not recommended for family vacation. |

Good location near Bugis MRT station (about 5 mins walk). Good value for money in the centre of Singapore, short walk to Orchard road and Clarke Quay. Doesn't serve breakfast. |

I found the location excellent to walk to most places - The River front - Chinatown and the numerous meseums and galleries. Staff helpful and responsive when assistance required. I had a single room which was roomy and comfortable. I would think the double rooms (same size) would be a little cramped. Not a family hotel |

got an easy outright booking on line. the staf are excellent on assistance, that would make you feel very comfortable with your stay. perhaps, on the night shift staff, i was not informed that someone left a package for me on his shift, wc i recieved the next morning. |

The hotel is fine, the room was clean and the service was quite good. Checking in and out was fast too. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be tuned properly. Perhaps there was a problem with that specific unit in the room. |

location A hotel at that level should have access to international phone lines. My cell phone was stolen and at 3am they made me go out and find a phone card; after the third 7/11 found one but then it was not the kind of card the hotel accepts - I have stayed at $15 a night guest houses that were more helpful with such issues. Just need to have a counter so the customer pays right away. |

I've stayed in this hotel twice. Hotel staffs are always quite friendly and helpful. Free wireless internet connection is impressive. Location is great for the cost though the room is small but I don't really need bigger space. There're 2 days that the cleaner forgot to replace the showering cap in bathroom. Also better to bring your own hair shampoo&conditioner or you'd really have a bad hair day. ~_~ |
