Basic needs well met. Free bottled water is a plus and room was clean. rooms are really small, but if you are not staying in the room much this is not an issue. Bathroom was small but adequate. Some mildew that on the ceiling needs to be cleaned and repaired. |

located very central of the city, just in front of the bus stop, and just behind the "8Q" gallery which is the branch gallery of the Art Museum! easy to go anywhere on foot, by bus, taking taxi, and can use metro as well. about 10 minutes walk to Orchard, National Museum. 3 minutes to the National Library and its theater. price is not so low though, quite understandable for the location. staffs are so friendly and helpful. nothing special! though if should say something,,,amenities are poor. there were only "shower gel" for both body and hair in a small bottle. |

The location is great, very central, close to Orchard road, Little India, Arab quarter... My room windows were facing a wall 1 meter away so it was very dark. |

Hotel is close to grocery stores, shopping complexes, money changing outlets and MRT Station (Bras Basah). The only problem is, the Bras Basah MRT Station is under construction. |

Loved everything about this place -- except the overly firm bed, which was rectified quickly by staff bringing extra bedding for cushioning. Hard mattress - was the only thing. |

Hotel is near to fussiness district (suntec area), easy to find cheap food courts and bars, easy to find many electronics shop, and easy to find many kind souvenir (near to Bugis street). Clean room and good services. |

It is very central, quiet, and close to transport. No view from the window, just another wall, and the bed was very hard .. but these would not in any way stop me from staying there again or recommending it! |

The room and washroom are spacious and clean. Firstly, the hotel customer service staff could have been more consistent in treating the customers regardless of their race, i.e. asian or foreigner etc. I have the impression that I was less valuable or treated with less respect compared to the foreigners. Secondly, the entrance of the hotel should be upgraded to give an impression that it is a hotel. Currently, it looks like a shoplot. |

Free wifi otherwise at reception, there are 2 computers with free internet access, walking distance to Raffles City Shopping Centre with City Hall MRT underneath, my single room came with water boiler, coffee and cereal supply. Bathroom looks modern. |

Perfect location, good hotel in affordable price, great wireless internet connection, great AC, money changer, seven-eleven and food court near by, bus stops in front of the hotel, close to the Singapore Art Museum and Bugis Junction. No breakfast, small room but still good, lift was outside the lobby. |

Very close to the center and a good value for money (remember, this is Singapore). Overall very glad I chose it. Maybe some lobby renovation, but nothing all that bad. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very well each day by very pleasant staff. It is slightly noisy (air-conditioning unit outside my window I think) and I was woken one night by a TV on in the next room. |

Nice location. Got a bigger room, but no charge. Very good value for money. Clean rooms. If you stay at the hotel from 10am to 4pm you will go nuts, because the lady that fixes your room will produce sounds of moving beds scratching the floor, and they are unbelievably annoying. Yes there is a free wifi, but its only 1mbps and it rarely runs that fast. |

Location of the hotel is amaizing. Its very near to Orchard Road. You got 24 hours Food court and Macdonalds just opposit the street. There is a cafe with good breakfast and a money changer on the ground floor. The staff was very polite and friendly. They are there 24 hours. Room was well decorated and convinent. I am impressed with the service and quality with the hotel The Superior rooms are very small. We booked a Superior room first, but after checking in we found a small room with no window. I was traveling with my 20 month old baby and it would be difficult to spend 4 days in this room. So we asked for a better room and they offered delux room which was fine. They charged me S$28 extra for each day. |
