The staff were very knowlegable and what they did not know would go out their way to find out for you.

Althouth the hotel provided like snacks in the evening it would have been nice to be able to purchase hot meals even if it was just room service if you did not want to travel into the town.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. There is a nice lounge area to relax in.

You have to take a taxi to get to and from the city center. Walking is an option but the road is not pedestrian friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful

The only thing we didn't like was the location as it was far from city center and we depended upon a taxi all the time.

They had the wireless internet. The staff was helpful carrying luggages,
but not flexible on check out time extension from 11 till noon on a slow
weekend. And the electricity automatically cut off at 11 O'clock and my
wife finished her shower in the darkness and we managed to check out at
11:10. Complained while checking out and got the answer back "The power
cut off is automatic.

Chose this hotel due to the best review score of 9 at the time of
reservation. The breakfast was the worst one among my last 29 European
hotel stays in 2 years. Unlike its photos published on the web, they do
not serve orange juice. They only serve very thin nectar with a slight
orange flavor. The location was not for leisure travelers. No merit to
stay at this hotel away from the city center.

Molto facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Consigliabile a chi cerca una sistemazione durante un viaggio

Il letto aggiunto (non richiesto) costa 30 euro. Quando ci sono dei sovrapprezzi sul prezzo della prenotazione dovrebbe essere informato il cliente.
