Very service-minded and friendly staff. Completely new building, well designed rooms and good facilities (i.a. wireless internet for free, bike rent for a low price, efficient taxi service) The only negative thing is the location, about 4 km from Ljublana downtown, and 700m from teh closest bus stop for the city centre. In nice weather the distant location is fully compensated by the hotel's bike rent service (only 5€ per day), and Ljubljana is a city to explore by bike. Taxi from city to hotel about 12-15 €, the offered taxi service to the city was much cheaper (7 €). |

The staff spoke very good English, were very polite and eager to assist. The hotel was new which is always great, the modern design was refreshing and comfortable. The location to the city was very good as it is just out of the city so a short drive in. This was what we wanted as we didn't want to be in the centre of town. Access to major roads and highways was great. |

1) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 2) That it has a 'basic' price, and them you can add services like parking, laptop use, fast food delivery, instead of paying an average price to cover their use by all guests |

Hotel has special arrangement with Taxi company. Cost ony Eur 5 to city or pick up from city. Cost a bit too much by taxi from the airport. |

New very clean hotel with staff who were helpful and friendly. Close to city but no trouble with parking. Staff arranged very reasonably priced taxi to city centre. Not really. Everythng went well but it was only an overnight stay |

The staff were very knowlegable and what they did not know would go out their way to find out for you. Althouth the hotel provided like snacks in the evening it would have been nice to be able to purchase hot meals even if it was just room service if you did not want to travel into the town. |
