Alo Apartments `Vila Klara`  

Very clean apartment, with new furniture, not far from the city centre (about 10 minutes on foot). The receptionist is very kind and helpful. Clean towels everyday if you need. Private parking for your car.

It was comfortable and clean and big.

In the bathroom I would like a drapery for the window. A person in the reception for at least 1-2 hours a day for help and answers to questions.

Located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the centre to walk with free parking in a controlled zone. Clean and well presented, nice balcony. Friendly helpful lady spent time with us going through sites of city and recommending restaurants

There is no-one routinely on site so be prepared for an exchange of emails and mobile phone calls if you want to get in.

Close walking distance to Ljubljana centre. Walking distance to a super market. Bus stop approx 2 minutes away. Appartment was very cosey and warm even though it was extremely cold outside!

The apartment is super clean. The facilites in the apartment is fantastic. The kitchen is well-equiped. The bedroom is big. There are channels for English programmes. The bathroom is very clean and well-disigned. The location is also good. The city centre is in walking distance. Or if you travel by bus, bus no. 9 takes you to the main train station in 5 minutes. We were totally happy with our stay at Alo Apartments 'Vila Klara'. We think this is very value for money.

The apartment was well situated; having private parking within a 17-minute walk of the historic centre of Ljubljana was a real bonus. Andrej was a very helpful and friendly host. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommended.

Close to the centre of the city

This is a very modern, pleasant apartment in a residential area of Ljublijana, within reasonable walking distance of the town centre. It has basic coooking facilities and the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk away. Although there are no staff on site, somebody turned up promptly to welcome us once we rang, spoke very good English and was very helpful. Secure garage parking available for motorcycles.

The location was great 10 minutes from the city centre walking. Andre was very good. Gave us lots of information what to see and do. Could not do enough to help us

The owner, Andrej was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go, discussions of his country and books to learn more about Slovenia. The apartment was clean, very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed Ljubljana so much that we stayed an extra night and the friends traveling with us talked of renting the apartment for a month next summer!

The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, but a safe walk and a good value for the money.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment that was bright and airy and very clean. Our hosts were lovely and recommended some great wines and dishes for us to try. Nice, quiet location - felt quite suburban. Location was about a 10-15 walk to to three bridges. A lovely walk mostly along the cAnal with few pubs that looked like local uni hang out. Ljubljana is a fabulous city that deserves a good 2-3 days.

Apartment is located 15mn away from the city center (walking distance) in a good and quiet residential area. Supermarket across the avenue (200m), bakery in the street. Furnished with all necessary equipment for cooking and a parking place. The manager Andrej is really a nice and helpful guy who provided extra information on the area. There are also guidebooks available on spot to borrow. Easy to reach from the highway coming from the south of Ljubljana (exit 34). Even though furnitures are not luxurious type, the apartment was recently refreshed and is fully functional.

The owner is very nice and informative about te city as well as Slovenia. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable and within walking distance to the main sights.

Not a problem, but no lift so you will have too carry your luggage up the steps.

A nice, large and clean apartment in a renovated villa, not a long way from the downtown - it takes 10-15 minutes by walk. I have never seen such a great host as Andrej was in my life - he really helped us with everything we wanted to know, he gave us the map of the city, showed our location, recommended us where to eat etc.. I would definitely advise you to go for Vila Klara if you intend to visit Ljubljana!
